He was professional and personable while making the experience comfortable and easy. We had some hiccups along the way with the bank we wanted to work with that Ross easily could have turned us down since it turned into a multiple day ordeal, instead he worked hard and found a bank that would work within our budget. 10 out of 10 experience, I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I thought that I ha This is what happens when you trust this dealership.I am in South Carolina and have been looking for a G37 Infiniti for 6 months. I thought that I had found it by what I was told. I understand this is a used vehicle and I accept there can be issues. But 2 holes in the windshield, paint peeling off , some sort of glue all over the BADLY CRACKED dash, bad tires and broken cruise control are just some of the issues with this car are not all but most of what I had no idea existed. Having some issues are to be expected but when you go out of your way to omit problems that costs thousands is underhanded and criminal. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never had such a bad experience like this.Please , don't let this happen to you. It is heart breaking to tell your wife that her car is not the surprise she hoped for. I have talked to my lawyer who put in touch with a lawyer in Louisville. We will find out where to go from here.
