Review of Easterns and David Carter Salesman On Saturday, June 25 I went to Easterns in Manassas and purchased a 2014 Toyota Yaris from salesman David E Carter (DC) for short. His customer servic On Saturday, June 25 I went to Easterns in Manassas and purchased a 2014 Toyota Yaris from salesman David E Carter (DC) for short. His customer service towards both my wife and I was both outstanding and truly exceptional. He even went the additional distance of buying us dinner carry out while we we were going through the buying process. That is something I have never experienced before and I find truly amazing. I min mind, Mr Carter went way above and beyond in in both exemplary customer service and the way he treated both my wife and I when we were tired, hungry, and honesty didn't really want to have to be buying a car at that moment. Overall I give Mr David E Carter a 4 star AAA+ rating in friendliness and customer service in the job. Truly the best of the best!! More

Car not as advertised. Saw 2013 Rogue online stating options: Bluetooth, Leather Seats, Sunroof/Moonroof, Aluminum Wheels, Navigation System. We drove over an hour to find o Saw 2013 Rogue online stating options: Bluetooth, Leather Seats, Sunroof/Moonroof, Aluminum Wheels, Navigation System. We drove over an hour to find out it didn't have the leather seats, sunroof, or navigation system. All we got was, "sorry about that". They checked the VIN and it even matched...sounds fishy to me. The salesman tried to find something comparable to what we thought we were coming to see but couldn't find one near the price listed for the one we thought we were going to be looking at. The general manager decided to come over but I'm not sure why. He didn't do anything except ask us if we could wait and they could get a similar car brought over (of course for the higher list price). I let him know I really wasn't that interested. At that point the general manager decided he would deal with my husband...so he shook his hand and thanked him. Little did the rude, general manager realize (who had a problem dealing with me because I was a woman)...I was the one with the check and actually buying the car! Oh well....we went to the actual Nissan dealership right down the road and I ended up driving away with a much nicer 2015 Rogue SL...fully loaded. Thanks Eastern for steering me in the right direction!! More

I had to walk 2hrs home Saturday.. so on Sunday I contacted easterns and got connected with Mike Nguyen.. he went Easterns was able to get me a car .. Our sale person David Carter was very knowledgeable and professional. His sense of humor was a plus. We got an excellent deal; something that we never received from their competitor Nissan. (We made two separate visits to Nissan and each time we walked away). If you are looking for superb service and a great deal, please go to Eastern Motor located on Euclid Avenue in Manassas Va.
