Bought a 2019 kia didn't even own it for 1. 5 months and it needed 4 new tires, brakes and roters, and and part of the engine that could leak oil did. Had to trade it in and add all that money still left owed to a new loan to make sure I could get myself son and disabled son to and from places if I could give a negative rating I 1000% would. More

She accused me of playing her when she was the one who had my money and dragged me along for 2.5 hours and caused me to spent hundreds on Ubers and Instacart because I was waiting for this car to be done. Rona even verbally told me if I sued her she wouldn't care. They have done nothing to make this situation better. They showed no remorse. More

Listen i told you all before. All dealerships are crooks! I got the Adverse Action Forms to prove it. I plan on buying a car straight from the manufacturers. I refuse to be robbed by dumb punks. My Regards, The God More

This is the worst dealership they shine up there Junk clear codes so they pass and 2 months later after paying 17000 for a car the engine goes! Took the car to a chevy dealer and they tell me the engine was already damaged when they sold it to you, it needs a new engine after owning it for 2 months! They cleared the codes , placed stickers over the paint they where suppose to fix. This dealership are lieing crappy people. Now i am stuck with a bill, a car that does not run, and 2 small children I have no way of getting to work or getting around. They make me sick! Harry said the car he sold me is known for this ???? upon going to this dealership , i went in there with intentions of needing a car due to previous situations that lead me to needing a new car. Valerie my sales rep was nothing but sweet in this process intentions of needing a car due to previous situations that lead me to needing a new car. Valerie my sales rep was nothing but sweet in this process , But as i was on my test drive with Jake i already knew there were a few things wrong with this car and i brought it to his attention & he then went and told me what else was wrong with the car. so i went and signed papers for this car and by the grace of god i got approved. it took about 3 weeks for me to go pick this car up which means that is more than enough time to get anything this car has wrong corrected. i get a call saying my car is ready for pick up and i went , at first when i get there i was told the car was outside and ready to go, i step outside and the car is no where to be found, so thats me thinking somethings up here. So then here comes jake and i hop in the car and take off, soon as i get home and turn this car off i get a light saying service due. i then call and tell them whats going on and they tell me to go in to GET THE LIGHT RESET, so right there that goes to show what is it they do with these cars already. so i never went but got it done myself since thats all they was going to do. a week goes by and i have this same light back on and now im getting the oil light saying add a quart you may continue driving. so i didnt want to add the oil to this car because its an audi and if it was a sensor telling me this i was not going to flood the engine. so i call again and tell them this is going on so i go in before the new year of 2022 and i was speaking to the owners husband and he told me after the holidays to bring the car back to them so that they can get everything fixed that it needed. but i then told him i cant afford to not have a car i just started working and he then went ahead and said not to worry about it he will put me in a loaner. so the day of my appointment i call and i asked if they had the loaner for me and Valerie then goes and says we dont do those here. so of course i wasnt going to bring my car there because it was going to leave me carless. not to mention they had written a promisary note saying that i owed them 500$ and i had till a certain time to pay that . After all thats been going on with my car i was not going to pay them anything till my car was fine, so in part i felt like they wasnt going to give me a loaner because i owe them this 500$ and i felt like if i brought it into them they was not going togive it back till that 500$ was paid. in which is fine but as i said im not paying for something that ive addressed before with the issues on this car, when my car is fully fixed then i will gladly pay it since i had it set aside for that. i dont recomend anyone to go here as they will get you into something, but something that is not 100% reliable. Great place nice cars but DONT GO HERE !!!! More
