They honored my coupons and addressed all my needs, but when I got home the low tire pressure came on again. I was pretty frustrated, so I called them and let them know all about it. They got me in a day later, first appointment in the morning and really took care of me. Went above and beyond to make sure my tires were good, did another courtesy multi-point inspection to make sure nothing was missed, and as a major perk detailed the outside AND inside of my car! Thank you, Soetan, for making sure my needs were heard and for addressing them. This dealership will remain my place to go for service. More

I went to Mitsubishi in Puente Hills on Sun 7/7/19 to purchase a Mitsubishi Outlander. I only make car purchases infrequently so I was unfamiliar with all the fees initially. However, when discussing price breakdowns at the second dealership. I noticed that they did not have a delivery fee and inquired about this. It was noted to be included in the MSRP window sticker already, so it could not be added again as I would be double charged, and it's federally mandated that delivery charges are uniform. I contacted Mitsubishi in Corona again and spoke mainly with Larry Romeo, the sales manager. Ultimately, he felt the double charging of the delivery fee was justified because of the sales disclosure. He offered to refund me half the extra delivery fee of $995, I declined, and in a later phone call he said there was wrongdoing on his part. I do not agree that with Larry that a sales disclosure allows him to charge me the vehicle delivery fee twice. It is a federally mandated uniform fee. Also, I am concerned this may be occurring systematically at the dealership and I would like it this to be investigated. More

It took us 2 weeks from the initial purchase, for the dealership to supply 3 documents: copy of the title, VIN verification and smog check, to send them to our credit union. During that time, the dealership faxed a demand letter to my credit union, for the payoff check for the vehicle. Really? a demand letter, when the dealership was supposed to with "due diligence" send the documents to my credit union? The only saving grace was that the dealership did keep their promise by not defaulting to another lender for the vehicle loan. I will say they were pretty good about that. Chris Amato is an upstanding finance manager and was true to his word. Thank you Chris. However, from an overall general standpoint, I do not recommend going to this dealership. Their customer service is horrible, the other employees refuse to take ownership for responsibility of other employees and almost everyone points the fingers at their co workers when their are delays in the transactions. Sorry Auto Gallery of Mitsubishi, but you only get 1 star. More
I'll let you decide re: this dealer and our experience Our son found a vehicle he wanted at this dealership. He was pre-qualified for a loan through his credit union and went back to the dealership to pur Our son found a vehicle he wanted at this dealership. He was pre-qualified for a loan through his credit union and went back to the dealership to purchase the car. He did not have a check in hand, so he completed an "optional contract" which we were ok with, since the dealership got him qualified through Wells Fargo. The dealer did not disclose the fact this vehicle was obtained out of state and our credit union required a certificate of title, VIN verification and a smog certification. After calling the dealer several times with no response, we decided to drive to the dealer (an hour away) and met with an alternate finance manager, who was hesitant to assist us, since he was not the original finance manager and claimed that he could not help us. We were then referred to one of the sales manager. We learned the finance manager (Chris, who was very friendly and knowledgeable) who first assisted us, sent the smog certificate to our credit union. The sales manager was able to contact their VIN verification specialist and we paid the $20.00 fee out of our pocket. This document was faxed to our credit union. A day later, the third document, certificate of title had not yet been sent to our credit union. We called the dealership to find out the progress of locating this document, only to learn the sales manager was off for the next 2 - 3 days. We tried to contact another manager, but the telephone receptionist (Jackie) was not helpful and in short, refused to connect us with any on duty salesman, manager or supervisor, or owner. The sales manager promised he would extend the default loan procedure and assured us he wanted us to be satisfied by allowing us to finance the vehicle through our credit union. We have left several messages, requesting any employee from the dealership contact us with any update, but at the writing of this review, we have yet to hear from any employee at the dealership. The sale process at this point has been one week. It is my intention to add to this review or create a new review, once this adventure is completed and I will make a final rating determination. I apologize for the length of this review, but I wanted to articulate the "adventure" we have been experiencing. More
