The dealerships slaps on a mystery yet 5000 dollars accessory fee on a used car - letting my wife and I drive down for 2 hours for no reason. They could have told us this before we wasted our afternoon accessory fee on a used car - letting my wife and I drive down for 2 hours for no reason. They could have told us this before we wasted our afternoon. They are rude and blatantly lie to your face. On top of that the car was leaking at the dealership and engine rattling. 2018 Audi A5. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid!!!! At all costs!!! More
I would not trust this dealer. Dealer listed an enticing price online. After test-driving cars and selecting a vehicle, I learned that there was an undisclosed $5,000 mark-up on every vehicle that was on to price online. After test-driving cars and selecting a vehicle, I learned that there was an undisclosed $5,000 mark-up on every vehicle that was on top of the advertised price. When I complained that this was nearly 25% markup on the vehicle that I was considering, the sales manager told me that this markup is going up to nearly $7,000 next month. I felt deceived and mislead. I recommend not wasting your time with this dealer. More
HORRIBLE!Do not go here! They will violate your FCRA HORRIBLE! Do not go here! They will violate your FCRA among so many others. Asked for my terms of my loans and was denied. They added additional fees HORRIBLE! Do not go here! They will violate your FCRA among so many others. Asked for my terms of my loans and was denied. They added additional fees that were not listed and refused to help me and discriminated against me because I exercised my rights under the ECOA . I tried to reach out several times and when I got to the horrible sales rep, he called me sarcastic and a liar and told me that I hadn't tried to call. They stopped my loan application and ran my credit multiple times which impacted it negatively. If you want to be treated like sh*@, by all means, go here and ask for Jose. He will ensure to treat you like garbage and violate multiple federal laws protecting your privacy. More
Real snakes they add stuff to the contract without you knowing and they have you sign electronically download your contract on a zip drive tell you to go home and print it out come back. there was a discr knowing and they have you sign electronically download your contract on a zip drive tell you to go home and print it out come back. there was a discrepancy they said too late you signed contract. I contacted this dealer today about a used car. They had a competitive price listed online and when I contacted them in the beginning they seemed nice. I’m out of state so this was all done via email. When a competitive price listed online and when I contacted them in the beginning they seemed nice. I’m out of state so this was all done via email. When I asked about getting an out the door price I was immediately handed off to another person who I had to ask once again for an OTD price and was then told that they add LoJack and some kind of “protection” package and that the cost of the car is now suddenly $3000 more than the advertised price. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place. It’s clear that they have not gotten the memo about how we have a little thing called the internet and these kind of tactics are now out in the open they are not hidden anymore. It’s sad they feel this is a way to do business. More

Thought that was quite a good price so I made my self an apt. Got to my apt everything going smoothly. Nice people so far. While they were pulling the car around I was browsing the window tags of all the other used cars right up from. OMG every single car had 3k in dealer add ins that are non-negotiable. Before I wasted my time I decided to talk to the sales rep. Stating our prices are off quite a bit if this is the actual cost. Discussed the shady ness of marking up a vehicle 30% with add ins. At lest he was honest. Staying "every dealer does it." States that they take what they want to make on the car, subtract their standard 3k add ins and then post that as the advertised price. Short story. Don't waste your time with advertised price. Add 3k to the price before you go. More
We were very dissatisfied with the deceptiveness and lack of regard for the customer, who happens to be our daughter. We SPECIFICALLY said the TOP amount we could pay was $12,000 when talking to a represen of regard for the customer, who happens to be our daughter. We SPECIFICALLY said the TOP amount we could pay was $12,000 when talking to a representative at the dealership. The vehicle was $12,900. I asked if the price was negotiable and was told when we come in that could be discussed. Other dealerships were happy to give straight forward answers over the phone. I mentioned an Uber would need to be taken 40 minutes to get there so wanted to make sure the $50 would not be wasted by going and finding the price was rigid. I was told to set up a meeting and to come in. Once at the dealer my daughter was THEN immediately told there was not anything negotiable and not only that but the vehicle she came to see was going to be between $4-5,000 MORE! Making her waste $50 which she didn't have and not telling her over the phone there would be extra fees so paying the amount she was able would not work, would have been more honest and respectful. I requested that at least her Uber be paid to go back home and they didn't budge or even offer any assistance after deceptively getting her there. We were told the manager was on the phone and kept us waiting so long, my daughter had to leave in order to make another appointment. It was horrible customer service and a total waste of time and money as well as giving false perceptions and taking advantage of a customer. No longer a customer and will definitely steer people away from going through any similar situations. More
Bait and switch tactics, no customer service and then months of spamming. I contacted this dealership because they advertised a very good deal for the car I was looking to buy. I made an appointment a months of spamming. I contacted this dealership because they advertised a very good deal for the car I was looking to buy. I made an appointment and went to look at the car. Approximately 30 minutes before my appointment time someone texted me to confirm my appointment. I was stuck in traffic and contacted dealership that I was about 30 minutes away which would make me about 15 minutes late. The salesperson whom I made the appointment with, who verified the appointment, advised it would be no problem. When I arrived (about 10 minutes after my appointment) I was advised that the salesperson I had been in contact with would not be the one I was seeing because the "internet salespeople" only make appointments. The salesperson asked which car I was here to see (i had figured that info should have been given to the petson, but apparently internet sales either cold transfer clients or the salesperson couldn't be bothered to look at the computer. When I told him which car I was there to see, he got a bit loud and animated going about how he "just" sold the car. When I asked why wasn't I informed, he insisted that he just came from selling the car. I pointed out that I was contacted approximately 45 minutes ago and again approximately 30 minutes ago regarding the appointment and should have been told then the car was sold. He advised the car wasn't sold then. I scoffed because it takes longer than 45 minutes to buy a car from a dealership. He said it was a cash sale so it went faster. I advised that getting a money order or bank check takes time. He advised they came with a money order for the purchase amount. (Really, people get babk checks for 17k in advance.....not buying it) He decided to offer to show me a similar car that would cost nearly 1k more, it was dirty and had food debris on it. He advised it hadn't been detailed yet and if I bought it, I couldn't take it home unless I wanted to bring it back to get detailed later....so 1k more for a dirty car....no thanks.... Then was told there was a 695.00 tranfer fee for lojack. Lojack doesn't charge a transfer fee.... I was told by the sales manager that the "fee" was non negotiable. (It was negotiable at other dealerships. I just needed to sign that I was declining lojack and it would not be able to be activated in the future) I explained that I came ready to buy a car but that car was no longer available but they had an exact same year/make/model and specs but for nearly 1k more. I had driven 2 hours in traffic to see the vehicle. Before I drove out I had confirmed my appointment, 30 minutes out they had confirmed my appointment and no one mentioned the car was sold. They advised that unless I paid to hold it, they sale first come first serve. I wasn't advised I needed to pay to hold it, I wasn't advised that (according to the sakesman) I was the last of 6 appointments to see that car that day. The saleman told me it was illegal for them to hold the car with payment. He said that if someone came in to look at the car but it was on hold, it was illegal. I then showed him where the very car I came to see was still listed. He then said it can take a few days for IT to update the site. I pointed out I came to see a car that shows on the website just like his scenario....he got huffy and asked if I wanted to look at the car or not. We decided not purchase from them. Several texts came that night. I texted back that I had completed my purchase eleswhere and would not purchase from them. Several texts came the next day and the next. I responded to stop texting me. Several more texts came, an average of 10 a day from different numbers. I blocked the numbers and requested to be removed from their list and not be contacted. Over a month later and I am still getting spam from them via text and email. I never opted in to be contacted for anything other than my appointment. The couldn't text me to tell me the car was sold....but spamming they can do......smh More
New car experience terrible terrible, deceiving New Car price stated different than the ad price. They promised to use my credit union but went to their own kind of bank. The man "Amir" said that he New Car price stated different than the ad price. They promised to use my credit union but went to their own kind of bank. The man "Amir" said that he will have his own choice of bank and will do 1000 inquiries if he had to. I wanted to return the vehicle within a week but it was not allowed. Please find other reputable dealer than these two, Corona and Murrieta run by same people. Dont sign any papers, get every thing in writing, get the invoice, do not and I repeat do not trust any of the people you come in contact with. Get a check from your bank and walk in with that check after confirming the price out the door. Another man thinks he is in charge "Larry" will pretend to give you the best deal and offer you to take the deal he will make you feel that the owner is losing money don't trust him. Another worst part of these people is their service department. Walk out and come fresh another day. Its your money don't let stealership steal from you. peace. More
