Agreed to purchase at advertised sticker price and already pre-approved to purchase. After they insisted on running my personal financial information, suddenly there is $5,000 of add-on fees added to the price. These guys are the epitome of slime and showed complete disregard and disrespect to us as customers. Women, be especially careful, the manager comes from a culture with no regard for us! More

They never showed us the contract until the end to sign it when we found out there is a $5k added to the price without any mention of it or discussing any kind of extra charge. They lied to us, cheated us and wanted to steal our money. The worst place ever, they broke my son’s heart after making him fall in love with the car. He worked hard to save his money to get his dream car not for these thieves to steal his money. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE and buy from someone who’s honest and transparent with you. I wish we researched them before making the drive but we were more excited that we found the car we were looking for and luckily we caught their shady scam and didn’t fall for it. More
Saw a yellow hellcat at a okay price of 55k. Called and asked if the car was in good condition I was told yes of course. Drove 50 miles to this dealer and in the first five seconds noticed the c Called and asked if the car was in good condition I was told yes of course. Drove 50 miles to this dealer and in the first five seconds noticed the car had some scratches on the passenger fender and the roof paint looked sun damaged. But whatever I drove all the way there so I got it anyway. They ran my credit with is well above average, and come back and tell me a ridiculous number and after I ask what the MSRP of the car is he tells me there is a 5k markup just because LMAO. What a joke of a dealer to try to throw in xx markup's after they run your credit and take your down payment. Luckily I am financially in a position where I can afford this car comfortably so I still took it. When I got the car, they only gave me one key and said they shows they have two in their system and they will call me tomorrow to let me know if they have it or not. NEVER GOT A CALL. I have called them over five times and every time someone answers and says they will call me back. Its been over a month and I never got a single call. They gave me the car with 20% oil left according to the dash, 1/4 gas in the tank, and a xxxxty 10 min "detail" wash but left the engine bay filthy. Just when you think it cant get worse... I look a the contract when I get home and notice on top of the 5k markup there is a $4,850 charge for some xx for windshield warranty that I didn't ask for.... I called the 3rd party warranty myself and canceled it directly from them for a FULL REFUND. The money went to the dealer and they paid the lien holder. AVOID THIS xxxxHOLE OF A DEALER. 55k car came out to 72k. More
Absolutely terrible dealership. They promote their vehicles online at "our best price" then once you go to sign documents they up the price and try adding a "dealer addendum" and marking the vehicle u vehicles online at "our best price" then once you go to sign documents they up the price and try adding a "dealer addendum" and marking the vehicle up $5k for a lo jack and clear ppf trim that's not even worth 1k total. They tried skimming past the total price financed when signing documents. Run away from this place. Absolute scammers. Luckily we caught the price difference before signing. More
This place is the definition of HORRIBLE. They listed a Jeep for $20,000 on the internet and when a couple young men went to go look at it the salesman told them there were another $10k in fees they added. Jeep for $20,000 on the internet and when a couple young men went to go look at it the salesman told them there were another $10k in fees they added. Nice way to not only try and screw over a couple young men but a couple United States Marines on top of it. I hope this place goes under with this type of business ethics. If you support your country and the Men and Women that protect it you will stay away from this place!!! Never ever go here! More

My husban Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Truck broke down within days before I even had a chance to drive it. Didnt even have it for a week! My husband drove it to once! Ben will not answer calls, email and extremely unprofessional! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! They will add on additional charges as well of $5,000. Don’t get ripped off like we did, I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Have already spent over $1,500 in repairs and now have electrical issues. RUNNNN! More
To Whom it may concern:I want to let you know how To Whom it may concern: I want to let you know how hugely disappointed I am with your company. I found a Jeep for $19,975, made an appointment to see it and drove 6 hours one way to get there. Once I got there and drove the Jeep I wanted to purchase it. To make a long story short there was an addition of $11,000 dollars for "dealer additions". This is clearly false advertisement. I realize you have a disclaimer but no where in your ad does it specify what the dealer additions are or what the amount of them are. You wait until the person gets there to spring it on them. Totally xxxxty way of doing business. I can't do much but I will be filing complaints with all institutions I can plus writing reviews to warn people about your company's false advertising practices. I will also be contacting Mitsubishi so they know how you conduct your company which has their name on it. Really, really can't believe you operate like this. It's not like the customer won't find out about the addition cost added on to the bogus sales price. I hope that I can save someone else the time and disappointment you cause, or at least keep some business from you in some fashion. I have time on my hands and have other ways of getting even. You won't even know how much time I make your staff waste chasing false customers and leads. I promise you will regret it just like I regret going there to make a honest purchase. Richard Bell More
Worst buying experience and process I’ve ever gone through. My family and I have bought many vehicles and have never struggled so much. This experience was so bad that we almost left during the buying through. My family and I have bought many vehicles and have never struggled so much. This experience was so bad that we almost left during the buying process. Sherif (salesman) was okay at first, up until he began treating us as if we were clowns. There were a total of 3 salesman and the other two were just sitting at their desks doing nothing. What really had me confused was that Sherif had been completing a sale with two gentlemen but left right in the middle of their buying process. This wasn’t even the worst of it. I was promised a “ready to go” “162 pt. Inspection” “sanitized and washed” vehicle by the time I arrived. Nope, none of this was true, also no one took the initiative to apologize for that. Another terrible issue was that the vehicle announced that it needed an oil change but, the salesman didn’t even offer to have the mechanics change it. I had to bring it up to Sharif in order to change it. There’s definitely more but in short. Overall I’d never in a million years recommend this place, I had to give it 2 stars due to the great price I was given on my vehicle. Other than that, this was a complete disaster and disappointing car buying experience. More
