Amir Ghadiri(stated he was the owner of the dealership) was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards my wife and I. brought in our vehicle to get repaired. I had made an appointment with Adrian(this guy has always been good at helping us) on May 29th to get our brand new outlander repaired today on 6 June 2023. My wife dropped it off early morning @8am. She called me while I was at work. She said Nathan(new guy) was charging her a $500+ fee(Red Flag #1).I spoke to Nathan over the speaker phone and informed him that I had already spoken to Adrian. And that all parts had already been ordered. And that everything will be covered under warranty. He confirmed with me multiple times that our vehicle repairs were going to be completed at end of day. When we arrived to pick it up. We were told that only one repair was done that we had complained about. But when I read the service and repair documents. It stated that I declined repairs. Which was not true at all. Nathan confirmed with me multiple times that they didn’t get to “all” the repairs. Amir chimes in and started to get aggravated as I was calling out both of their lies. Nathan handed me a packet of paper work(the one the tech filled out) as I was about to snap pictures of and asked for a copy. Amir snatched it out of my hands and hid it in a drawer. I asked him to give me the paper so I can revise it he said;"Those aren’t for you” (Red Flag #2)He wanted me to sign a false document and held my our car keys until I would do so. Then presumed to act childish and threatened me with trespassing charges. As the vehicle is under my wife’s name. He now needed to verify her with a government issue ID. Unfortunately my wife forgot her purse at home. As normally I take care of all of this. Never had issues with Adrian. Amir kept refusing to give us our keys. I told him to correct the details written on the documents and he refused to do so. He then called the police. I waited for them to arrive. While waiting for the police. My wife was able to attain a copy of her id. Showed it to Amir. She signs the paper work. And he then rips up the paper work and starts insulting my wife. At this point we definitely new we weren’t going to get in trouble at all. As we waited for the police to arrive. He walked by us and asked if we just wanted to sign the documents. I told him no. "We will not sign something we did not say or agree on”. He did that a couple times. He then proceeded to intimidate me by saying that I was being treated accordingly for mentioning the word lemon law. And that he will no longer be fixing any issues on our vehicle(Red Flag #3). The police arrived like an hr and a half later. I told the police my side of the story. Amir took off in a red lambo as soon as he saw the police officer arrive. Mind you, he’s the one that called the police to get me escorted out (Red Flag #4). He removed his rear bumper and license plate so that I wouldn’t take pictures of him. Cops understood where I was coming from and we’re able to get my keys back. I guess I wasn’t “sol”after all, huh. He knew he was in the wrong and tried to intimidate me by threatening to get me arrested. What a clown! Lol. More

Leaving the dealer at almost 10pm. I finally get in the car they didnt wash it, nor fill up the tank. I bought the car Saturday 3/4/23 today is the 3/7/23 my radiator hose blew on me so im guessing they dont pre inspect cars and also the car shows service required. I just got the car. xxx!!! More

I applied for commercial loan and commercial plate under my company name .l told them I wanted commercial plate 9-10 times and they said ok understood.today they told me it’s still pending my application after 2 months and it’s not commercial! There was a lady and a guy was laughing at me BMW not a commercial car and they don’t let me talk with manager or someone! I don’t need personal car I need commercial car for my business and they were so rude all! If you want to buy a car go somewhere else. I’ll go to lawyer asap. More
BUYER BEWARE. ..I purchased a used car from this dealership 2 weeks ago and after calling and confirming the purchase price before making the 1.5 hour drive to p ..I purchased a used car from this dealership 2 weeks ago and after calling and confirming the purchase price before making the 1.5 hour drive to purchase the vehicle was surprised with a $1000 "accessory fee" which I was told was for LoJack which they have apparently already installed and was nonnegotiable. I almost walked out right there but reluctantly decided to accept the fee since I've had LoJack on other vehicles and among other things come with an insurance discount. However, after signing the paperwork (on a small ipad mind you) I noticed they changed the "accessory fee" on the paperwork for some 3M door edging (which is basically a sticker they put on the vehicle) instead of LoJack without my knowledge. I have since called/messaged 6 times trying to get an explanation and inquire about the LoJack I was promised, but have gotten ZERO responses back which I know isn't because they're busy because both times I was there, I never saw a customer in sight (which should have been a red flag right there). I even called LoJack and was informed that there is in fact a LoJack device on the vehicle, but the dealership never transferred it over during the sale which makes it useless to me. I'm in the process of filing complaints with the proper agencies to hopefully make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else, but in the meantime there are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there. This was the shadiest car buying experience I've ever had and it's a shame because the car itself has been great so far, but these people apparently have no interest in keeping their customer base. Will never go back. More
They refuse to count money in front us, we get home to find out were 1000$ short and still havent recieved 1k back to us. I can not review this dealership on a “sale” of a vehicle. I have sent 4 emails, three phone calls and two smoke signals and have had zero returns..!!
