I told John I was pulled over and that I wanted the tints removed while the car was being “diagnosed” welp the car was returned with them still on.. so in addition to the $600 detail to remove the stains and damage from the roof/chairs , I also have to come out of pocket to have the tints removed before the tickets began pilling up!! I never received a email response regarding emissions documents that I sent either. More

Never buying a car from them again. My car never received an oil change. They reset the computer to make it seem like it’s good on oil. At the moment my car is leaking oil due to the oil never change. It will coast over 2k to get fixed. More
