He was upfront, didn't pull any punches and worked very hard to get us the deal we were looking for. Mike has an easy going nature and is not one of "those salesman". Integrity, friendly, down to earth and honesty are things that you hope to find in a salesman but rarely ever do. Mike is one of those guys. The rest of the staff were also all excellent. Avi, John and Carmelo all made us feel very welcome. Even if you are not local to Great Neck, it is worth the trip. Michael also worked long hours on our behalf given that the first time we met him we showed up approximately 10 minutes before Auto Expo was going to close. Despite the late hour, he meticulously listened to our concerns and provided us with the best service possible. In addition, Michael continuously followed-up with us to ensure that our needs were being met by his dealership and to ensure that other dealership were not taking advantage of us. I cannot say more positive things about Michael; he was simply the best and we hope that he has a long career in the business.
