total xxxxxxxx i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see dian i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see diana she was my sales rep i test drove a 2012 bmw beautiful car then the xxxx it i was told my pyment with 3000 down were going to be 328 with 6 percent then i asked that i see the figures before signing or giving any money down they told me they would call me monday de too the banks being closed ok monday tueday wedsneday thursday no call it only takes one day too get bank approvel these people are scammers very bad dont believe anything they tell u unless your dealing with cash they also will call you and keep you holding on i have beening waiting 3 weeks for an apprval with the figures not yet have i gotton a call so think 2 before going there More

Bait and switch!!! So I found the car I was looking for with this dealership, a 2011 CL 550, I was already to do the paperwork and come up 180 miles and pick up the car. So I found the car I was looking for with this dealership, a 2011 CL 550, I was already to do the paperwork and come up 180 miles and pick up the car. After talking to the salesperson Diana we settle on a price and was already to go. I asked for 5 days to have the purchase order sent to me so I could complete the paperwork and have the checks made out to the dealership. I tell my salesperson I am going to the bank and that is when the fun began. The first day she had knee surgery the next day she was just getting her knee looked at and didn't have surgery. The next day she was next in line to see her boss to approve a deal she told me was approved, the next day she was with a customer, the next she dropped her phone in water. Finally while I am at the bank she calls and says her boss laughed at the deal she told me was approved. I was told that the price we agreed on was only for people financing through them and if I wanted the car it would be an extra $5000. She then says it was written on the website. That is true but she told me we had a deal. She then calls days later to see if I was still interested, now they wanted to negotiate on something that was non-negotiable days earlier. All in all I have to say I was very happy not to buy the car it lead me to a Mercedes Benz dealer that had a certified 2011 CL 550 for only $1000 dollars more. It all seemed to be a dog and pony show. That is the story and I will not be back I am sticking with Mercedes dealerships as I have in the past. The best thing about buying this type of car is it is not a necessity so you have the upper hand when negotiating; you are always willing to walk away.
