Steven is a great sales person. The whole staff is friendly Although I was at the dealership for a while, the whole process was quite easy. The friendly staff and no-hassle process was great. Steven was very helpful, even though he was dealing with 3 customers at the same time. At least three other people were interested in the car I was purchasing and he made sure to hold onto it for me. If you head in to Auto Expo, ask for Steven. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking out a high end car with low milage. There weren't any beaters there at all. More

AMAZING! FIRST OFF, THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I want to start off by saying that the experience was an emotional rollercoaster. With me havin less FIRST OFF, THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I want to start off by saying that the experience was an emotional rollercoaster. With me havin less than stellar credit and a previous repo it was almost impossible for me to obtain a car loan from any dealership. I started my experience here at auto expo with Diana who was more than pleasurabable and ended my experience with Steven who pushed and pushed for my loan to get approved, I was on edge for a whole week coming back and forth to the dealership to find out the faith of my future. Would I be getting this car or not? Finally after a long lengthy negotiation process, Steve told me that the loan was approved for me. I CRIED AND CRIED LIKE A BIG BABY! Thank god! I was relieved. Yuriy the manager was exceptionally sweet as well with his complimentary candies and always trying to make me feel comfortable. To end my experience Ronny was really nice and personable and fully explained the financial break down of how much my monthly payments would be, and even gave me his personal cell number. Everyone at this dealership was great! They are the plug!!!! More

My new BMW I went to other dealers in the same area and couldn't get a deal done for the car I wanted, but Diana from autoexpo took care of me and got me the car I went to other dealers in the same area and couldn't get a deal done for the car I wanted, but Diana from autoexpo took care of me and got me the car that I wanted. This is no b/s commercial, when other dealers said no we can't. Diana said yes we can and did what others couldn't do. Thanks to her and Avi the finance specialist. They went the extra mile and got me a great deal for a super beautiful 2013 BMW 650i convertible.
