I was surprised by the yelp reviews after my own experience, which was very positive. Small gripes: my mechanic found 'brake rotor rot' when I had the car looked over yesterday after picking her up, on the rear rotors. This is unavoidable if a vehicle is sitting outside, especially if it's near the beach, as is this dealership. The salt in the air accelerates oxidation. This dealership is moving to Red Bank, but I'm not sure if this will make brake rotor rot better or worse. Also, the detailer for the car could use better training. Even though he's 'making $10/hr' he should know not to put tire shine on every black painted body panel and every piece of black plastic. And we know fords have a lot of plastic! But like I said, I feel like my experience was positive, and be sure to ask for Tom. He easily stood out from the rest of the crew there, as the warmest, and most trustworthy rep. More
