Whats great about this dealer is the fact that the owner runs to customers for feedback and to make them happy, rather than running away just trying to sit in the back an make money. Even the first day browsing the car Frank the owner came and introduced himself to me. My salesman Doug was a great person to both sit and talk with but to sit in a test drive with. He is very passionate about what he does and cares about his customers. Only reason I've given a 4 star rather than 5 is because I brought the car to a mechanic prior to purchase for an inspection and he found a small leak in Power Steering Pump, which they didn't agree to fix or deduct the price for. Im hoping in the future if it became an issue they'd be willing to work with me on it. Otherwise Great Service, Great Cars, and a satisfied customer. More

Not your ordinary used car dealer We started looking on Craigslist for a new car since we figured you get a better deal and you don't have to deal with a used car dealer. While we were in the area of Auto Exotica we decided to stop in to test drive a Mini Cooper. Mike in sales was the first to help us and we let him know that we just wanted to test drive it without all the pressure. He gave us the keys and we took it around the block. We instantly felt like this was the right car. Now the big problem was we had to deal with the used car dealer. To our surprise we had a great experience. We felt cared for and they really did everything they could to work with us. We settled on a more than fair deal and I drove it home that day. I would recomend Auto Exotica and especially Mike to anyone looking to buy a car. I know we will be back in the future. More
