Chad took over when I said “Tesla” because he is the Tesla expert at Auto Direct and he was able to take me for a drive and explain so many features in the car which made us feel very comfortable with this very techy car. Bob and Chad were never pushy even when it took me a couple weeks to make the final decision on my car and when I was finally ready to purchase they made the process so easy and fun! Some dealerships don’t like taking credit union checks or cash because they mark up the interest rates to make money. This dealership does not mind and has no problems with taking these methods of payment if it will save money for the consumer. They did work with me and found a better rate. They definitely earned my business on future purchases. Great experience. More
