I bought 2 cars from Bob and Chad at AutoDirect and they are always there to assist me. I recently had my car detailed and serviced and at the time of purchase I bought maintenance plan which it worked out are always there to assist me. So I bought a 2017 stingray convertible 10 months ago from Bob and Chad at Auto Direct Cars and at that time my experience there was outstanding. My wife and I were in the market for a fun, pleasure car for use in the summer. We definitely wanted a convertible so I began researching them online. When I walked in I was blown away at collection of Corvettes in the showroom. We went and looked at the car and drove it. We really liked it but when we were on our test drive a warning light came on. I showed it to Sean when I returned. Rather than try to explain it away in an effort to get the car ‘over the curb’ Sean arranged to have it checked. A few days later the problem was diagnosed. While it wasn’t major it wasn’t minor either. I appreciated the honest response. The owner, Bob, called me to discuss my options and we were able to reach an agreement. At no time did I feel anything remotely like pressure. The only priority was my satisfaction and feeling comfortable with my purchase. I had a great experience with Bob and his team and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More
