Purchased a car from Bob in April. Had some work done to it prior to taking delivery. This work caused the car to fail state inspection because the computer needed to re-set. I took the car back to the dealer and Chad was there. He asked me to leave it with him for a few days and they’d take care of it. It took a few days as there was no problem to ‘diagnose’ but Bob kept me informed every step of the way. When the car was finished it was returned to me with a valid state inspection sticker. Bob offered to have the car delivered to my home. Both Bob and Chad were extremely helpful and accessible during this time. I have not experienced service like this from any other dealership. Truly first class. I would confidently recommend Auto Direct and Bob, Chad and their whole team. Very honest people who put my satisfaction first. More
