I bought a 2017 Corvette from Auto Direct in June 2022. I'm from Massachusetts and it was the only one I found that I liked. I called and Bob (the owner) answered the phone and told me about the car and I I'm from Massachusetts and it was the only one I found that I liked. I called and Bob (the owner) answered the phone and told me about the car and I said I'll be down in 2 days in the morning. When I got there the car was running in the showroom. Bob met me and I drove the car and it was everything he said it was... no BS. He did the whole deal himself, he didn't get anybody else involved. Had the car shipped to Mass and found a couple things I didn't like about the car. I called and left him a message. He called back in about 15 minutes (maybe less) and said he would take care of it for me. He said to have it fixed and send the bill to him and he would pay me back for it. I sent the bill on Monday, he called me Tuesday and we talked about it for a few minutes. I had the reimbursement check in full by Thursday. He has called me a couple of times since I got the car to make sure I was happy with it. This place was the best used or new car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Bob is a man of his word and I'm 250 miles away but I will call him when I buy my next used car. Only if dealers in Mass could do business like Bob.
