Purchased a car from Bob in April. Had some work done to it prior to taking delivery. This work caused the car to fail state inspection because the computer needed to re-set. I took the car back to the dealer and Chad was there. He asked me to leave it with him for a few days and they’d take care of it. It took a few days as there was no problem to ‘diagnose’ but Bob kept me informed every step of the way. When the car was finished it was returned to me with a valid state inspection sticker. Bob offered to have the car delivered to my home. Both Bob and Chad were extremely helpful and accessible during this time. I have not experienced service like this from any other dealership. Truly first class. I would confidently recommend Auto Direct and Bob, Chad and their whole team. Very honest people who put my satisfaction first. More

I came to Auto Direct looking to look at a 2017 C7 7 speed I viewed online. I went the dealer specific site and found they had a large selection of similar C7’s. The staff are experts on Corvettes. Where do I begin? We were in the area looking for a diesel truck and happen to drive by auto direct. We got out to look in the window because right up front was a 2022 lake blue corvette. While my husband was falling in love I was noticing the perfectly aligned corvettes and absolutely stunning showroom. The next day my husband called and spoke to Bob and from there he knew. Not only did we fall in love with the showroom but between Bob and chad not sure what we loved more. They were pleasant kind and extremely welcoming.We ended up selling him 3 of our luxury cars and my husband took home the 2022 corvette and needless to say this will be our home for buying anything else. Bob insured us if he didn’t have it he will get it for us. Not that he’s need to because he has it all. I would highly recommend them and I am extremely greatful for stumbling across this unique find. More

My husband and I drove my 2016 Corvette 1000 miles to the dealership. We were greeted by Chad, he was so nice and had us in and out within the hour, I traded a 2016 for a 2019 Corvette, the car is magnificent, it was clean inside and out. My experience was amazing, everyone was so kind, fair and honest, I can see why they are the #1 Dealership, I would have been out of there earlier but the Corvette showroom was overwhelming. I've never seen so many Corvettes, in so many colors in one place ever! Thank you for everything, and if I ever trade, I'll be back. More
