Awesome experience! I saw the car I wanted on the internet and contacted them. I set up an appointment with Bob to see the Honda I had been looking at online. I searched the internet for my SUV and found one I liked at Auto Direct's web site. I called & spoke to Bob. He took the time to describe the SUV in detail. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! WAS TOLD THAT ALL CARS ARE CHECKED- NOT TRUE!! WOULD NOT EVEN PASS INSPECTION!!! SPENT $1300 ON EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH THEY WOULD NOT COVER BECAUSE CAR WAS LESS THAN 30 DAYS A CHECKED- NOT TRUE!! WOULD NOT EVEN PASS INSPECTION!!! SPENT $1300 ON EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH THEY WOULD NOT COVER BECAUSE CAR WAS LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND THE DEALER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE!! TOLD ALL CARS ARE $1,000 BELOW BLUE BOOK - ALSO NOT TRUE. BOTTOM LINE - PAID TOO MUCH FOR A CAR THAT NEEDED WORK BEFORE IT COULD GET INSPECTED - THE WEEK AFTER I PURCHASED IT. MECHANIC SAID IT HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS AND WAS SHOCKED IT WAS SOLD IN THAT CONDITION. THEY ARE VERY NICE BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR- BUT THAT'S WHERE IT ENDS!! More

First off, Doug is awesome. Very nice salesperson, can't say much for his manager/boss. We hightailed it out of there before we even found out his name. He came off really pushy because we didn't buy the ca say much for his manager/boss. We hightailed it out of there before we even found out his name. He came off really pushy because we didn't buy the car at his price. We checked three cars out, and two of them had engine problems. This car we were about to get was 9 years old, smelly, and didn't have a clean carfax (accident reported), but it did drive pretty well. So I only haggled a few hundred dollars off and when he didn't like it, we decided to walk away and look somewhere else. He walked all the way across the parking lot just to tell us sarcastically "thanks for test driving five cars today!!" Obviously, he counted wrong because we only drove three cars, and two of those was literally 10 yards before we stopped because the engine gave us problems. Doug tried to play peacemaker, but knowing that part of our hard earned money was going to go to the mean manager/boss, we drove off hurriedly. Felt really bad for Doug because his manager/boss screwed him over from earning his commission. All in all, this was the worst experience, and I never coming back here again. If you read the other reviews, they seem like they were written by the same people. Definitely look at their reviews on google. They are less biased and more similar to my situations. I'm glad I took my hard earned money somewhere else and got the car that I am glad will last me quite awhile. More
