Being to a few different car dealerships, Auto Direct Cars was the most comfortable enviornment I have ever been to. At no time did I feel harrassed or persuaded in any way. I decided to give them a call and make an offer on the truck. I talked with the owner Bob and he answered all my questions. After some negotiation we agreed on a price that was about 3 thousand less than other dealers were asking for the same truck with less options and more miles. I offered to send a deposit to hold the truck because I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a week but Bob told me that was not necessarily and he would hold the truck for me - That blew me away. Throughout the whole process Bob and his staff treated me well and were up front and honest with me. I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle 3 hours from my home but Auto Direct Cars made the process as seamless as possible. I am very happy with my Truck - The price I paid and the efforts of the dealer to ensure I left as a happy customer. More

They wound up giving me a great deal, found me a great rate for my financing and the overall experience was so much better than I anticipated. More

There was no pressure, just straight friendly talk about the car, and no haggling on price. The car needed a new battery, which they immediately installed. We brought the car home the same day, but unfortunately we found two small issues, later that day, that we did not know about before we left the dealership. However, Bob followed up our purchase with a phone call and was able to work with us to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. Over the past 6 years I have bought 4 used cars, from both new and used car dealerships and never before has anyone called to see how satisfied I was with a purchase. I have to hand it to Auto Direct Cars, they focus on customer satisfaction during the purchasing process, and prove it with their follow-up and support afterward. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy a car from them again. More

The car was emaculate. Full service records. Pristene condition. They worked with us on price cause long story short we jad alot of teouble goin to the bank and askin for 9000 dollars. So we ended up goin to 3 banks and 2 atms in a 3 day before and on the day of purchase and could only get 8580 which wasnt the price discussed but they worked woth us. And the car is fantastic. They were accomodating and patient in our efforts to find a car. We live in PA and needed to have it inspected. It needed front end work which either Auto Direct Cars or us knew it.
