I was shopping for a used luxury import with awd for under $10,000. I saw a listing for a Jaguar X-Type at Auto Direct Cars in Delran, NJ I called and spoke to Bob (the owner), who was extremely infor under $10,000. Looking for a good used car for my family. Searched on the web within a 30 mile radius of my home looking for solid cars with good pricing. Did a lot of research on the web looking at consumer reviews, safety and reliability mostly using Edmunds.com Auto Direct LLC in Delran NJ was simply the best. Had lower mileage vehicles for prices that very closely matched the national true market value averages listed on Edumunds. The staff was incredible friendly and very low pressure. The prices on the cars are very fair and as such the staff does not bargain or move from the posted prices. My only complaint was that some of the web prices are lower than you find on the stickers on the lot as they invest in repairs on the vehicles after they are listed and do not always catch up to repricing the web listings. However, staff was very attentive to addressing all the issues I found on the vehicle I bought and were very sincere about establishing long term relationship for service and future purchase. We truly felt like we were not going to get cheated or pressured into buying a car. After we did buy the '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we needed to go back for minor service and parts and we were teated just as well as the first time. Chad was great in helping us do our financing but in all reality their entire staff was the best. We will definitely be back in the future if we need to purchase another vehicle. More
