This dealership by far has been the best experience to me and my wife regarding the purchase of an automobile. They were so positive and friendly from the time we drove in the lot. They have an extensive amount of quality cars, and what inpressed me was how they gave us the keys immediately to look at as many cars as we liked. This practice of reviewing the cars was the norm, because everyone that entered the office to inquire about a certain car or cars, were given the keys immediately. The service was exemplary, I say this because at 48 years old, I've purchased my share of vehicles, and not once have I had the pleasure with such a smooth cutomer friendly transition go through. Chad was the best when it came to obtaining a loan, and Bob's hospitality was just plain old professional (5 stars). Together they were a Dynamic Duo. To add to this comment was the little things that they promised to do, it was raining, so Bob promised to detail the car at a later date, one of the emblems on the car was old, and they purchased a new one to replace it, and finally, a tail light that was out of service that had to be special ordered, without hesitation, Bob assured us that all would be taken care of. Ask youself this question, where can you find a dealership who is so responsive, yet friendly and proactive? No where but AUTO DIRECT CARS, Delran NJ. In my book, they are the best!!!!! More

Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and down to earth. We had a few concerns about minor cosmetic issues with the car (small scratches) and were told they would do their best to fix it. Afterwards, it was almost impossible to detect that the scratches were ever there. After deciding to commit to the purchase, Chad was very helpful by communicating with my credit union. He was very understanding and straight forward throughout the entire process which made the transaction smooth and painless. I purchased a used 2004 Cadillac CTS from Auto Direct. From my initial call about the vehicle to driving it off the lot, I felt like a valued customer. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions about the car as best as he could, and made sure I knew where the dealership was located. When I arrived at their lot to check out the car itself, Chad was there to assist me. I was given the keys and told to take my time looking at the car and to come see him or anyone else if I had any questions or wanted to take it for a test drive. Nobody was pushy and I was able to take my time. Doug rode along with me during the test drive. He was also professional and friendly. I noticed a couple minor problems with the car (3rd center brake light out, car wasn't detailed). Chad told me he would make sure that those issues would be fixed if I bought the car. I didn't haggle much on price as their set price was fair and below Kelly blue book. A few days later I stopped by to pick up the car and everything went smoothly with the sale and associated paper work. They offered me a warranty for purchase, but I wasn't interested, and they were not pushy with that either. Chad was true to his word and the car was detailed and 3rd brake light was fixed. This was an easy transaction and pleasant experience and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. More

I found the Range Rover that Auto Direct Cars was selling on the internet and when I called and spoke with Bob he told me all about the vehicle. I flew up to New Jersy to purchase the car and Bob volunteered to pick me up at the Philadelphia airport. In the days after purchasing the car Bob called to make sure that everything was working well with the car - it was obvious he was genuinely concerned with whether I was happy with the purchase. Like many people, I'm naturally skeptical when it comes to purchasing used cars, but Auto Direct Cars is a great business to work with - it's no surprise that they've been around for three generations. I would recommend them to anyone! More

My wife and I had been shopping for a pre owned car for our youngest (19) son. My wife drove to Delran to look at the car and meet the dealer. She came home after words and told me what a nice car it seemed to be and that Bob and Chad where very friendly and helpfull. The next day (saturday) we both drove back to Delran and bought the car. After a few days the car developed a couple of issues such as the heater would not blow warm air, and an evaluation at a certified Honda dealer determined that the car needed some relatively minor repairs. We knew we had signed an as is clause when we bought the car, but decided to call Bob and ask for his advice. Bob was extremely courteous and helpful, and even though he was not obligated to help us, he felt bad the car needed repairs and wanted to be fair to us and so he compensated us for a generous portion of the cost. Next time we are in the market for a pre owned car, I hope that auto direct cars has what were looking for because I know I can trust these folks to be fair , honest, and reasonable. More

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda Civic from Auto Direct and was very happy with the whole experience. I had a sensitive financial situation and Doug did his best to enable me to be able to take this car h and was very happy with the whole experience. The radio wasn't working so Bob sent me to have it looked into and it turned out it needed to be replaced, at no cost to me. The exterior windows had many "water" spots that I was unable to get out myself but all I had to do was bring it back and Bob had someone come by and do a great buffing job that took the spots away! Everybody was very nice and accommodating, obviously a rare dealer that actually cares about their customers! My son had been with me and he said that when he is ready to purchase a car he will be coming here also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a no-hassle car buying experience.
