In searching for a used car for my son Auto Direct was about my forth dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly without the high pressure sales approach of "what can we do to make a sale today". My son and I looked at the cars an ultimately he decided on a 2002 Ford Taurus. That car had a flat so we made an appointment for my son to come back the next day for a test drive. We purhased the vehicle on Saturday 2/18/2012. That Sunday we notice the tire that was flat the first day we saw it, actually had a nail in the tire. I took it to a near by tire vendor to get it removed and plugged, but was told both rear tires were too worn. I called Bob at Auto Direct on Monday, at his request we took the car back and he replaced both rear tires with new ones. He has also made follow up calls to me to assure everything was okay. The reason I rated the overall experience and quality of work a 4 is because when air was put in the flat tire no one checked to see why it was flat. Thankfully nothing happened while driving on it, we live close enough not to have been inconveninced and Bob took care of it right away. More

I was shopping for a used car under $8000.00 in which would have low mileage and be in excellent condition. I called to get some information and the owner Bob was very helpful so I set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a very professional way. The staff was very accommodating in test drives of all the cars I was interested in and answered all of my questions knowledgeable. The process was simple. The Corolla I bought was perfect. I am super pleased with my car and Auto Direct. I did need financing and Chad helped walked me all the way through. Chad was also helpful in explaining all of my extended warranty options. Bob and Chad were great even the guy who is a lot attendant was even able to help us . We looked at least 4 differant cars before we made a choice . The price of the car was listed for 9,900 on the window i showes Bob the price on line which was far lower then the window price and he honored the price that was showed to him from on line . Both Chad and Bob where the niciest sales people we had met in a while after leaving cherry hill Kia earlier that day which was a total nightmare felt like i was surrounded by sharks there . At Auto Direct Cars we were treated with friendlyness and respect like if we had know these people forever. Even to the point of just getting ready to sign the papers and another rate from a bank came in which was better then what i had gotten earlier. The car had to be serviced the following week as a regular service . Chad had made an appointment for me at Robs Garage which is located next door to them which was great too . As a police officer i deal with all types of people on a daily basis . The people at Auto Direct Cars ,LLc go above and beyond to make there customers happy. I bought a 95 Mercedes with low miles for $5500. Test drove with Chad for a half hour and spent another half hour going over the car. I liked it, came back the next day with a certified check and drove a drove with Chad for a half hour and spent another half hour going over the car. I liked it, came back the next day with a certified check and drove away. A mile down the road the car went into 'limp mode' which older Mercedes' will do if there is problem with the car. They came and got the car and repaired it. The following week I picked up the car and drove home over an hour away. No problems. About a week later of daily driving with no problems, the 'limp mode' returned and I was upset. I called and spoke with Bob who was very accomadating and said he would take care of the problem, even though I had purchased the car as-is and did not opt for the extended warranty. Since I was so far away, he told me to take it to any repair facility I trusted and have them diagnose it. The repair bill came to $5500! That was the price of the car... I knew that this was too high so I found another mechanic who could repair the problem as opposed to just replacing parts as Mercedes parts are not cheap. The bill was $800 for what turned out to be a very common Mercedes wiring issue. Car was repaired and runs great and Bob reimbursed me the full amount for the needed repairs. Over the course of this whole ordeal I was always able to reach Bob direct on his cell phone (except for a short period of time he was out of the country) and he was always courteous with me. Overall, I was treated fairly and the staff went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. I would recommend this dealership because of there customer service and willingness to make it 'right'. More

My wife and i purchased a 2003 Chrysler Sebring convertible last week. We found the car we liked and Chad brought us the keys but unfortunely the battery was dead. Grandpa was kind of pushy. The car was detailed and looked great on the interior once that was completed. The exterior is virtually flawless for an 11-yr old car. However, Auto Direct did NOT have their garage look at the vehicle prior to selling it to us. A tire had a slow leak in it which was repaired once we drove 2 hrs back to Pennsylvania (we were told by a passerby: tire pressure was ~4, the other tires were low at 20). 20 minutes after driving off the lot, the car started acting funny. $365 later, the ignition coil and all 4 spark plugs were replaced. $278 after that after inspection (we knew it had to be state inspected prior to buying), turns out the rear brake cylinders and brake system are nearly shot. We could only afford to have some of the damage fixed at the time. Auto Direct should look over their vehicles first prior to selling them. The price was good when we bought the car, but over $500 later in repairs, that price was bad. Also, the Penn Warranty didn't cover ANY of our repairs. The owner kept saying that we purchased the car "as-is" and would only help if we drove the 2 hrs back to New Jersey to his garage. Okay, I get that that is all he can really do, but he wouldn't take any responsibility for selling us a car that his garage hadn't looked at!! If you're selling a car, make sure you know what's wrong with it to tell your customers. I'll never shop here again - you don't know what you're getting!! More
