My wife and i purchased a 2003 Chrysler Sebring convertible last week. We found the car we liked and Chad brought us the keys but unfortunely the battery was dead. Grandpa was kind of pushy. The car was detailed and looked great on the interior once that was completed. The exterior is virtually flawless for an 11-yr old car. However, Auto Direct did NOT have their garage look at the vehicle prior to selling it to us. A tire had a slow leak in it which was repaired once we drove 2 hrs back to Pennsylvania (we were told by a passerby: tire pressure was ~4, the other tires were low at 20). 20 minutes after driving off the lot, the car started acting funny. $365 later, the ignition coil and all 4 spark plugs were replaced. $278 after that after inspection (we knew it had to be state inspected prior to buying), turns out the rear brake cylinders and brake system are nearly shot. We could only afford to have some of the damage fixed at the time. Auto Direct should look over their vehicles first prior to selling them. The price was good when we bought the car, but over $500 later in repairs, that price was bad. Also, the Penn Warranty didn't cover ANY of our repairs. The owner kept saying that we purchased the car "as-is" and would only help if we drove the 2 hrs back to New Jersey to his garage. Okay, I get that that is all he can really do, but he wouldn't take any responsibility for selling us a car that his garage hadn't looked at!! If you're selling a car, make sure you know what's wrong with it to tell your customers. I'll never shop here again - you don't know what you're getting!! More

I purchased my 2002 Ford Explorer a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and as others have mentioned, there is no pressure to buy "right on the spot". Even though I had gone on a Saturday during prime-time hours and the place was busy with several transactions at once, I felt taken care of and the paperwork time was kept to a minimum so I could drive my "new to me" car home on the same day. I feel I should also mentioned that upon inspection with my own mechanic, there was an issue found with a strut, but one phone call to Bob and he asked me to bring it back so they could take care of it for me. The repair only took a few hours. I am very please with the entire experience and will definitely send friends and family there as well. More

When the time finally came for me to look for a "newer" vehicle I really didn't know where to start. I found this dealer online while looking for a used car, also my frst time buying on my own. I didn't expect too much to be different when my family and I first arrived at the dealership. I was used to having salesman throwing themselves at me and following me around like starved dogs while I tried to look around for myself. When we got there and started looking around, Doug greeted us and was very relaxed. He pointed me in the direction of the car I was looking at online, a 2002 Celica GTS, and brought me the keys. At first, I was a little thrown off by him just handing me the key and then attending to other things. But I soon came to realize that this dealership is a diamond compared to others. Any car I wanted to look at, he was glad to help, but didn't push me towards anything or hover over my shoulder every second. I eventually decided on a 2004 Jeep Liberty, and we started the process on figuring out my payments. He was very polite, and we all were very relaxed with each other, which made or a great atmosphere for such a big event. He answered all out questions and made sure I got to where I needed to be budet wise. He told me he would call me the next morning, and he called right when he said he would. Even on the phone, he was genuinely polite and friendly. When we got back to the dealership to finish the purchase, he was again extremely friendly towards me and my family. When we got to the office, I was surprised to see the family, working with numerous customers, and their dogs there with them and we met some other members of the family business. I love how relaxed everyone is at this dealership, and everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. They all stopped and chatted with us while doing the paperwork, and it really made me feel at home and ease my nerves. It was like w were all one big family! When everything was finished, Doug brought my new jeep around for me and gave me his congrats on my first car purchase. They even gave me a gas money for my new jeep!
