They provided us with the car fax helping us to make an informed decision. Even when we were looking at the original vehicle we came to see, I noticed that the cars they were offloading had personal notes chalked onto the vehicle windows. Most read: CLEAN CAR FAX, 1 OWNER, GREAT CONDITION, etc... It was obviously their internal opinions of the vehicles which further gave us peace of mind that they were invested and stood behind their vehicles. Chad was absolutely phenomenal and his grandfather was incredibly knowledgeable and adorable. I recently purchased a 2004 Honda Civic from Auto Direct Cars and it was a great buying experience. I originally saw the vehice on cars.com and talked with Bob several times prior to visiting the dealership Cars and it was a great buying experience. I originally saw the vehice on cars.com and talked with Bob several times prior to visiting the dealership to get information on the car. He was very knowledgeable concerning the car and answered my questions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. He described that the vehicle was very clean, in good condition, and that I would be pleased with the car. I had read some very favorable comments from others that had dealt with Bob which made me more comfortable in moving forward with making a deal. I also talked with Chad several times during the process and he provided excellent service in getting me information that was needed prior to making a purchase decision. I live in Abingdon, MD which is about a 2 hour drive from the dealership. Bob and I agreed on a purchase price for the vehicle over the phone that I considered to be very fair. My wife and I drove to the dealership on Saturday of that week to finalize the purchase based on the car being acceptable. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Chad and Bob in a very friendly manner. The car was clean, in great condition, and exceeded our expectations. It was better than what Bob had described over the phone. The rest of the inventory at the dealership was also high quality vehicles that looked to be in good condition. This dealership by far has been the best experience to me and my wife regarding the purchase of an automobile. They were so positive and friendly from the time we drove in the lot. They have an extensive amount of quality cars, and what inpressed me was how they gave us the keys immediately to look at as many cars as we liked. This practice of reviewing the cars was the norm, because everyone that entered the office to inquire about a certain car or cars, were given the keys immediately. The service was exemplary, I say this because at 48 years old, I've purchased my share of vehicles, and not once have I had the pleasure with such a smooth cutomer friendly transition go through. Chad was the best when it came to obtaining a loan, and Bob's hospitality was just plain old professional (5 stars). Together they were a Dynamic Duo. To add to this comment was the little things that they promised to do, it was raining, so Bob promised to detail the car at a later date, one of the emblems on the car was old, and they purchased a new one to replace it, and finally, a tail light that was out of service that had to be special ordered, without hesitation, Bob assured us that all would be taken care of. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and down to earth. We had a few concerns about minor cosmetic issues with the car (small scratches) and were told they would do their best to fix it. Afterwards, it was almost impossible to detect that the scratches were ever there. After deciding to commit to the purchase, Chad was very helpful by communicating with my credit union. He was very understanding and straight forward throughout the entire process which made the transaction smooth and painless. We are very happy with our purchase- we got a great car for a great price, and would recommend anyone looking for a used car to visit Auto Direct Cars LLC. More
