Never been to a dealer or car lot before, but my experience at Auto Direct Cars LLC was far beyond "Good" then i expected. Ever went to a car lot and feel welcoming with pleasant attitude? Ever feel like you've known the Owner or Sales Associate for a long time? Or ever never feel forced to buy a car? Well thats the feeling i got from Auto Direct Cars. They have massive cars on the lot. I bought a "Acura Integra Sedan" from them last week "as is" and till now the car still runs smooth, no problems yet. The owner Bob was very helpful and was willing to work things out with me and my family to get a good used car for a very fair price, so i took the offer. Everybody in Auto Direct Cars are friendly and very comfortable to talk to, even the detail guy was awesome, i'm sorry i forgot your name if you ever get to read this. LOL "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND" for those who's looking to buy a used car with a very fair price and on top with "Excellent Customer Service". More

From the time I stepped onto the lot till the time I drove off with a new used car, my experience was great. First person I met was the owner's(Bob), father. He was also extremely nice and got right to work with the details of financing the vehicle. Once inside the office, I was introduce to Chad(Bob's son) who I was told handles the financing and is great working with customer's along with the banks they use for financing. While waiting for my application to be processed, I took the car for a test drive with Bob's father. After being in the car for 15 mins I felt like I knew him for years. Within 15-20 mins after the test drive, Bob came to me with good news. He stated that Ally Bank agreed to finance me and work with the $1,000.00 that I was only able to put down. The monthly payment not only included the vehicle but a 5 star extended warranty along with Gap Insurance and the price was almost exactly where I needed to be. Overall I would say my experience was the best I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend family, friends and whoever else might be in the market for a used car. More

This dealer went out of his way to correct a few problems that I discovered after I purchsed my car. He made all the repairs and replacement parts to correct all of my issue. My wife and I bought a 2005 Pruis with navigation and only 32,000 miles at $3000.00 less than other dealers. The car did need some minor body work which was completed taken care of by them. I leisurely looked over AutoDirect's inventory, and asked about the cars I had an interest in from my internet search. I came back the next day with my son. Bob worked that out with us, and my son and I are completely delighted with the 99 VW Jetta (with all its bells and whistles) under 87,000 mi! After doing some extensive online searching, I kept seeing cars that I like were all at the same location. My fiancee was looking for a new car and when we stopped in to look at some cars, there were a seeing cars that I like were all at the same location. My fiancee was looking for a new car and when we stopped in to look at some cars, there were a ton that fit the bill. They have a bunch of cars in all different price levels. The staff was great. It's a family operation dating back 3 generations and that means a lot. I felt no pressure to buy anything and the whole crew was very accommodating with letting us look at cars, test drives, and answering questions. This was my first car purchase and it was a lot less painful than I expected. We are extremely happy with the 2007 Accord that we purchased and plan on using Auto Direct Cars in the future. More
