This place is not your typical Car Dealer and it was a pleasure working with them. The car we got, a Honda Accord, (older but in great shape, clean car-fax and one owner)had some issues with the adjustable driver sear track. Chad ordered a new track and had it installed with no problems. The whole process was painless. I would definitely go back when it's time to get another car and would recommend this place to anyone. Last week I went to auto direct cars and as soon as I started browsing at the trucks someone actually engaged me and offered assistance.
