When we were done looking, we went to the sales office to tell him what we would like to test drive. He was always gracious to give us "alone" time to discuss the vehicles good and bad qualities. Bob was thrilled to learn this was my 2nd time back with another daughter. On the previous visit in the summer I worked with Chad who was equally as gracious and worried about nothing more than our happiness with the decision. On both occasions there was no pressure and no hard sales tack ticks. They wanted us to be happy, period. Any issues with the car are being rectified all with absolutely no problems! We found the right car a Buick LeSabre, and they fixed all of the minor problems I noticed. The price was about $1,000 below CarFax. Very helpful and friendly, no pressure at all. There was no dealer warranty for this car. Three days after we took the car, it had the famous "Buick Gas Gauge" problem, which usually requires the entire cluster replacement - almost $900 in parts and labor. They immediately agreed to help, they found a place that was able to repair the problem for under $500, and split the cost with me. They stayed in touch throughout the entire process; and old fashioned multi generation family business. I would say that for a used car this is about as good as it gets. More

I am from the Wilmington, DE area and have been shopping for an older yet dependable 4x4 for my move out to Washington State. I had been shopping in the Wilmington DE area for some time and all the trucks I checked out often ended up being lemons. Upon test driving a total lemon I got fed up and went home to do some internet research. I found this dealership on Autotrader.com and noticed a Jeep Cherokee that looked decent. On a whim not knowing anything about the dealership or Delran NJ, I decided to drive up and check it all out. Upon arriving at AutoDirect the staff was very approachable and friendly. They offered to bring the Jeep inside their garage for me to look at because it was pretty xxxx cold. The representative was super friendly and basically allowed me to take my time to check the Jeep without bothering me or sidetracking me like a lot of salesman do. I must say that for a 2000 Jeep it was in immaculate condition. The engine was really clean. All of the belts, hoses, and clamps on the engine were in top condition. The engine itself looked just as clean as the engine in my girlfriend's new Subaru. There were minor cosmetic issues that I noticed but at the price they were selling it for I knew I found a diamond in the rough. I ended up making the decision to buy this Jeep right there on the spot after I test drove it. When I arrived the next morning they had the Jeep all cleaned up for me. I was purchasing my vehicle outright and in order to make the purchase I had to do a payment in cash and a credit charge through a third party because I'm difficult like that haha but Chad and Doug were totally fine with it. I had several issues with trying to set up insurance that day before my purchase and the staff was totally patient with me. This dealership went above and beyond for me. The vehicle I bought was 13 years old yet they treated me as if I was buying $40,000 new vehicle. I like how the atmosphere was rather informal and they didn't smother me with the bullcrap and sales pitches nor did they make me feel like I had to hurry up and make a decision. It is now three days after my purchase and I am still just as excited about my Jeep today as I was three days ago when I purchased it. It is a rock solid Jeep. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car. More
