We recently purchased a 2002 mazda Millenia for our son. The car was extremely clean.During my inspection of the car I noticed an oil leak. After bringing it to thier attention they immediately made the rep The car was extremely clean.During my inspection of the car I noticed an oil leak. After bringing it to thier attention they immediately made the repair at no cost to me. The car also had a small dent on it and they had it repaired without me even asking. A few days later the check engine light came on and after speaking with Bob we made arrangements for it to be repaired. The repair for that proved to be costly and even though we bought a used car"as is" Bob payed more than half of the cost just to make sure we were satisfied. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was alright and told me if we have any problems now or in the future that we could call him. In my opinion even though we had a couple of issues Auto Direct went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasurable car buying experience. I appreciated the fact that they seemed like they cared and thier was a no pressure environment and I would recommend them to friends and family. More

Went to check out a Nissan Sentra and didn't totally like the one I saw, but the dealer had tons of similar priced cars in the lot. After checking a couple more I ended up test driving the car I left same da the one I saw, but the dealer had tons of similar priced cars in the lot. After checking a couple more I ended up test driving the car I left same day with, which was a Toyota 2005 Corolla for 9400 and I got a good deal on a warranty. I Recommend checking them out if your looking for cars from 5k-15k or so. Also a notable thing to mention was that I came to visit from PA around 5pm and the sign said they close at 6pm, but the sales man stayed till past 7 for us. Overall friendly staff and good spirits. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous when I started my used car buying search but in the end I ended up feeling pretty satisfied. I knew from the beginning that my car buying experience would involve f my used car buying search but in the end I ended up feeling pretty satisfied. I knew from the beginning that my car buying experience would involve four things... 1) Arrangement of financing first. 2) Making sure the vehicle is worth what I will be paying for it. 3) Running the vehicle number through CarFax.com. 4) Have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic of your choosing as a condition of purchase. During my car search initially I was very surprised with how much resistance I received from other dealers as it concerned # 3 & 4. When I went to Auto direct I received no resistance at all with any of my requirements as Michael actually suggested I have the car inspected by a third party. After I informed Chad of my financing arrangements through my credit union he ran some numbers and was actually able to get me a lower rate than the one I already had. When I ran the value of the car through Edmunds, Kelly Blue, & NADA the value of the car came up higher for each site as opposed to their sales price. The car fax report was already available for review (I actually verified the VIN #'s on the car to the report & done a search on the title and everything came back clean). Finally when I asked them if I could have the car looked at by a independent mechanic they had no problem with it as long as the mechanic was within a 5 mile radius. This made me definitely feel more comfortable about buying the car. After having the car checked out the only thing the mechanic could find was that the two front tires had about 50% tread left on them and it may need an alignment within the next 6-8 months. These things are extremely minor in my book. So after I buy the car and I am walking to my car (the car I used to get to the dealership with) I noticed on the car I just purchased that a fog light cover is missing. I immediately notified Chad and the issue was taken care of better than I could have even imagined. Chad called & ordered the part and then wrote me a check for the price of it. The next great thing was that Chad even offered to pick me up from my apartment the next day so I could pick up the car. I came away very impressed with these guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase an affordable used car. More
