We were treated exceptionally well by the entire staff at Auto Direct Cars LLC. We interacted with six staff members all of whom were pleasant, positive and efficient. The three cars that I looked at were Auto Direct Cars LLC. We interacted with six staff members all of whom were pleasant, positive and efficient. The three cars that I looked at were better than any of the vehicles I saw at the previous five dealerships that I was at. The vehicle I purchased (2002 Ford Taurus SW) was exceptionally clean, had less than 38k miles (yes, 38). The vehicle had one defect which ADC LLC fixed for me prior to final purchase. AND, when I went to have my car inspected in PA no repairs were necessary. I have been thrilled beyond belief with my purchase and would recommend Auto Direct Cars LLC to every and anyone. More
Was looking for a nice used car for my granddaughter. A friend recommended Auto Direct Cars and after reading some online reviews,I told my granddaughter to check out their web site. They had a huge select friend recommended Auto Direct Cars and after reading some online reviews,I told my granddaughter to check out their web site. They had a huge selection for the price I wanted to spend. She picked out a 2002 VW Passat. We drove over to check it out and learned what the term "family business" means. They have 3 generations+ working there. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We browsed their big lot for awhile but settled on the VW. When I picked it up, any needed repairs were done and the car was cleaned inside and out. They handled all the paperwork and registration. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Auto Direct Cars to everyone. More
I bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Direct Cars LLC and couldn't be happier with the experience. It's a small, family-owned dealership, and this is reflected in the service and the demeanor of the LLC and couldn't be happier with the experience. It's a small, family-owned dealership, and this is reflected in the service and the demeanor of the place. Everybody that worked with me was friendly, helpful, and I couldn't be happier with the car. The only real problem I had was finding it when I first went down to look at the Jeep; it's hidden in an industrial park and the signage could be better, but from there, like I said, everything was great. It was a weekend from when I first looked at the Jeep to when we finalized the sale; in that time, the car was taken to an independent shop for an inspection, the few, small issues that arose were taken care of, and I was on my way. The people at Auto Direct Cars bend over backwards to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible, and the few hiccups were resolved quickly and without issue. The owner, Bob, even met me near my home to give me my registration and plate (for a small fee they'll take care of all the documentation work so you don't have to do it at the DMV). I'd recommend that anyone looking for a used car give these guys a shot; they have a ton of cars on their lot and I can't imagine having a better experience buying a car. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. More
This is a family run dealership that went above and beyond my expectations regarding my used 1999 Convertible Mustang GT purchase. They were even willing to drive the car to my mechanic in PA so that beyond my expectations regarding my used 1999 Convertible Mustang GT purchase. They were even willing to drive the car to my mechanic in PA so that I would feel secure with purchasing a vehicle of that age and know that it would pass PA inspection. More
My son was looking for a used car. We went here first and then visited about 20 other dealers all over NJ that same day. We went back to Auto Direct and would recommend it highly. The were wonderful to and then visited about 20 other dealers all over NJ that same day. We went back to Auto Direct and would recommend it highly. The were wonderful to work with. They did not pressure us into anything and none of the other dealers even compared to the prices or friendliness at this dealership. He loves his car and is EXTREMELY happy with his purchase. While we were there, I was telling other customers to stay there to buy and not waste their time at other dealships. GREAT FAMILY owned business!!!! More
The best experience I've ever had when looking to buy a car. Everyone there was helpfull and totally open and honest. No pushy salesmen or managers to deal with, and instead of taking half the day like mos car. Everyone there was helpfull and totally open and honest. No pushy salesmen or managers to deal with, and instead of taking half the day like most dealerships to come to terms we were done in under two. If your looking for a quality vehicle at reasonable prices I highly recommend you check these guys out first before going anywhere else. More
First off, let me say that Bob doesn't just run a great used car dealership; he's also a great person. I chose to drive all the way out to Delran, NJ because of the glowing reviews I read online, and I fou used car dealership; he's also a great person. I chose to drive all the way out to Delran, NJ because of the glowing reviews I read online, and I found out that they were all accurate. Auto Direct Cars has a large selection of clean, well-kept cars, at great prices that anyone can afford. When I first got there, I was able to find the car I wanted to look at (a 2007 Mazda 3) easily, and was allowed to look at it without being bothered by over-eager salespeople for around 10 minutes before Chad came out, greeted me, and handed the me the keys. He told me to go ahead and look, and to let him know inside if I wanted to drive it or had any questions. It was nice not to have someone hover over my shoulder, so my dad and I could talk about the car uninterrupted. 15 minutes later, Chad and I test drove the car, and I was so pleased that I decided to take the next step: getting it inspected by my mechanic. My dad and I had a special request: we wanted our family mechanic to look at it. The problem was that our mechanic was 45 minutes away. We assumed that they'd say no way, but Bob, it turns out, lives near our home in PA, and offered to drive the car back to his home, and then to our mechanic's garage, free of charge. How's that for customer service? He did this, and waited until our mechanic inspected the car, and called me with the results. My mechanic said the car checked out great, so we decided to purchase it. No problems at all while buying the car -- the process was very quick and easy; we were done within 15 minutes. The car had been freshly detailed right before I picked it up, which was nice. I walked away a very satisfied customer! We did have a problem with the car after purchase, though. The check engine light came on three days after I got the car home. My mechanic reset it, and told me that if it came on again, it had to be the catalytic converter. Sure enough, it did come on again. I took it back to Bob's, and he confirmed that the catalytic converter was not functioning properly, and suggested that I go to a Mazda dealership near my home, as the car was still under warranty. Before I left that day, Bob and his employees gave my car a complimentary wash and detail that I hadn't even mentioned in passing. As if that wasn't enough, they gave me $15 for gas, and thanked me for my time. Wow! The Mazda dealership, though, told me that someone (not Bob or any of his employees -- probably the previous owner) had done an aftermarket repair on the exhaust system, thus voiding the Mazda warranty. I would have to be charged the full price for the repair -- $2,500. I contacted Bob, and he came through with flying colors. He took my car to another shop near his dealership, and told me he would get it repaired for less. When it came time to pick it up, I had another problem -- I had no ride to the dealership. No problem, Bob said -- he offered to meet me at a gas station near my home, and he would drive me to his dealership. I asked what we owed him for the repair, he said we didn't owe him anything, and apologized for my inconvenience. He did the repair for free, after I'd owned the car for two months! What kind of used car dealer does that? All I had to pay for was the PA state inspection and the brake rotor replacement that the inspection place did, and even for that, Bob said "pay me what you think is fair." Throughout this whole process, Bob and his employees have been outstanding. Most of the time, I went to the dealership with my dad, but sometimes, I went alone. I'm a 20 year old girl, and I'm used to being overlooked, talked down to, or otherwise disrespected at car dealerships. There was never any of that at Auto Direct Cars. Bob was always very respectful and helpful to me, and while we were fixing the problem with the catalytic converter, it was usually him who initiated contact with me via text message or phone call. He consistently asked me how I was enjoying the car, if there was anything he could do to help, and reminded me that he just wanted to provide good service to me. He certainly did! All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Bob and his employees, and how they handled an expensive problem that most (if not all) used car dealers would have just ignored or blamed on me. I would absolutely buy another car from them. Thanks, Bob! More
I had a very pleasant experience with Auto Direct Cars! I found one of their vehicles - a 2004 Honda Civic with 69,000 miles on it for just over 8000 on AutoLenders.com. I went over to their lot to look at i found one of their vehicles - a 2004 Honda Civic with 69,000 miles on it for just over 8000 on AutoLenders.com. I went over to their lot to look at it right away and eventually dealt with Doug when I decided that it had to be mine! Doug was a super nice guy - seemed really straightforward and honest. He was very helpful, especially since I had never had the experience of shopping for a car. A few days later, I went back and had the chance to meet the rest of the Auto Direct family. All really nice people, very accommodating. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to everyone I know! :) More
They were very professional yet at the same time friendly. They knew we were on a tight schedule and we had the whole process done in under 1 hour.We have been to other dealerships and it took us 4x friendly. They knew we were on a tight schedule and we had the whole process done in under 1 hour.We have been to other dealerships and it took us 4x longer to buy the car and contact the banks and get approval. At Auto Direct Cars,LLC we were approved in 15 minutes, my son drove the car, we talked to our insurance company and we were on our way. I then went back to work. I had done most of my research online before even arriving at the dealership and I pretty much knew what my son and I wanted to buy.The staff at Auto Direct Cars didn't try to sell us another car or sway us in another direction. They even gave a a 'new'car Warrenty which I hope we don't have to use but will help immensely if we do need it.All in all, we were very satisfied and will use them again. More
