This is a family operated business that truly cares for its customers. From the very beginning, when we had questions they did all they could to answer them- this was complicated by the fact that we live its customers. The car was bought by my husband- and picked up by my sister and driven down. Through every step of the way, the guys at Auto Direct were there for us- They worked around our scheduling conflicts and made it happen! The car is every bit as nice as they'd said it was, and the pictures they sent us were accurate. As a matter of fact, our mechanic has said he would love to have a car "just like it". My husband and I purchased a 2001 VW Passat GLX w/5 speed manual transmission with lowwww milage and super clean. Doug knew the car as soon as we asked about it and within a few min were test driving it. The price was right, we knew we wanted that car. A problem arose w/ our pre-approved draft from our credit union (the car was more than 6 years old). No worries Doug found us an acceptable loan. The process took a little over 2 hours. Everyone in the office was friendly and personable from the owner to his children and Doug. We highly recommend this family owned dealership. More
