One word to describe this place .. AMAZING. I had been shopping around for a car for a few months and just when I was starting to get discouraged I hit the jackpot with Auto Direct. I found a Craigslist posting for a 06 Subaru Tribeca I had been looking for this vehicle or something similar for awhile but lets just say I had champagne taste with beer money. When I saw how much it was listed for it was almost too good to be true because it was by far the cheapest I'd seen yet. Of course I was initially skeptical, you kinda have to be when shopping for used cars. I spoke with Chad over the phone who was really nice but I still wasn't sold just yet. I took a friend and decided to take the hr plus drive to see first hand what this Subaru was all about. Lets just say it looked wayyy better in person, it was clean and just everything I was looking for. Before even getting back from the test drive I'd already named my new car, Suzie my Subaru :D. I was getting a bit ahead of myself though :( When it came time to fill out the paperwork so that I can finance this vehicle I could not get approved because I already had an open car loan in my name. Chad sat there with me for a long while trying with different banks to get me approved but it was NOT happening. Chad being the great person he is agreed to give me a few days to see if I can get the money together. Those few days turned into about 2+ weeks and he was still very patient with me. Even the day I was supposed to go pay him I missed the exit, got lost, and wound up getting there two hrs after closing time and he was still there waiting and if he was irritated at all I could not tell, he still remained very professional. I wasn't able to bring the car home that day because it was right after Hurricane Sandy and NJ insurance offices were all closed. The first day they opened back up I drove back down there to pick up Suzie and finalize the paper work with Doug who is just a joy to do business with very jovial and answered all billion of my questions with no problem. But it didn't just end there, once I left I received a phone call from the owner Bob who was just calling to thank me for my business and insure I was satisfied, this came as a treat in and of itself because I've purchased a few cars in my day and NO ONE has ever done that. Apparently all the cars get a full detail inside and out before leaving the lot, a policy in which I wasn't aware of. Bob informed me that Suzie hadn't been detailed yet due to the storm and because I was so adamant on having the car asap. We set up a date for me to bring it back down there to be serviced, which I did and am now even more in love with my car and this dealership. More

So i finally made my way to the lot and chad came out and asked if i needed help and he let let me know if i needed anything ,let him know. He left my girlfriend and I alone so we can look around and window shop at all the cars they had. finally found my accord and went inside to negotiate a deal for it. Chad was really helpful with all the paperwork and really tried to get me a price i can work with. the other two gentleman who was working there helped me out also with the test ride and making sure our experience was the best they can make it. we will definitly be going back there to get my girlfriend her car when we are ready. had a great time there and will continue to get my next car in the future. This wasa nice family owned business. We found a car online that we came to look at. Instead we found another car that we really liked. However, it was out of our price range. These guys are great. I'm 19 years old but I have a decent job and good credit, but these guys didn't know that when I walked in. I could have just been any other kid looking for a joy ride. He let me drive it like I would in real life, giving it a little gas here and there so I could really get a feel for the car. Within a few days, They got everything in order and I bought the car. Chad even found a way for me to not need a cosigner because of my credit score. Overall I'm very happy with my new car and the experience that I had with Auto Direct. There were even a few dings in the car that Chad is in the process of helping me with. I'll update after they get fixed. My only issue would be the fact that I had to buy a new set of tires and get a new windshield but I suppose I could ask for much more with the great price I got on the car. I also got hooked up with an awesome 2 year warranty that covers pretty much everything on the car (except the windshield and tires unluckily) Their an awesome family own business and they've even converted my old man, who used to be totally anti used care dealership.
