The search for a used car is not one that most folks look forward to for various reasons (i.e. fear of buying a lemon, getting talked into purchasing something you didn't want, feeling taken advantage of, feeling harassed/bombarded/fast-talked, feeling like the salesperson would talk you out of house and home if they could). I can go on and on..but I digress.. Add the fact that I am on the market for a used car for my child and the seriousness of the matter becomes immeasurable. Not only was I searching for a good deal, but the safety and reliability of the car was paramount. Good luck with that search you might say.. well, I found all of that and much more AUTO DIRECT CARS, LLC. I saw a car of interest (Honda Accord EX Coupe)on their website, called to see if the car was still available, and Bob (the owner) told me to come on in. This dealership was the third stop I made that day and it was still in the AM by the time I got there. As promised, the car was on the lot, Bob walked out, introduced himself, gave me the car keys, and walked away so that my husband and I could inspect without the hovering effect. We asked to test drive & Bob joined us on our test drive. We were interested in the car but a little hesitant primarily because the inspection report on the car was unavailable as the mechanic shop was closed. Other than Bob’s words that he believed the car to be in good shape, we had no way of knowing what “hidden problems” came with the car. Bob was so confident that the car did not have any major safety issues that he promised that if we purchased the car, took it to our mechanic, and later found any major safety issues, that they would rectify the situation. Not getting a used car checked out by my mechanic prior to purchase was typically a deal breaker for me. My husband, who is generally a good judge of character and not always trusting, told me that he trusted that Bob would take care of any major problems as promised. Strange enough, I felt the same security in Bob’s words, and so we purchased the vehicle. From the moment we stepped on the lot to the purchase of the car, we received personalized attention. Would I recommend AUTO DIRECT CARS, LLC to my closest family and friends…. WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! I experienced true customer serve and customer appreciation…something that is so rare in this industry. i had only one day to buy a car and a short list from the internet for the car i wanted specifically.the first dealership was an hour away so i went there first. the car would'nt start. not yet discouraged i internet for the car i wanted specifically.the first dealership was an hour away so i went there first. the car would'nt start. not yet discouraged i headed south on 130 to the next dealership.the salesman used every tactic incuding a fake call from the back office acting like they were interested in the car i was looking at.the transmission did'nt feel right and he blamed it on the tires. also the price he was quoting me was higher than advertised on the internet. i was sceptical and getting discouraged at this point but my daughter called the last car dealership on my list and they still had the car i was looking for. i headed across the street not knowing how this dealer would be. what a relief to get to auto direct,llc. they were courteous, honest and no hard sell tactics were used. chad was busy on the phone so i asked an older honest looking gentleman leaning on a desk if he would mind showing me the car. he turned out to be the owners father who had started the business years before. what a pleasure. i had two choices, first a newer model of the car was looking for, but it did'nt feel quite right be cause the color was not my first choice. the second car i drove was just right. the color i wanted, the year make and model i was looking for and very low mileage..my kids drove across the bridge to pick up the rental i was driving and by the end of the day i drove off in my "new to me " cadillac deville with my grandson safely belted in his car seat in the back... yelling nani does this car have any speed on it! and it did and i was thrilled! When ever I have purchased a used car, I have always gone in with my guard up and my hand on my wallet. I don't enjoy it. Then I went to buy a replacement car for my wife from Auto Direct, and had a completely different experience. Chad greeted me warmly and offered me the luxury of taking as much time as I wanted to look at as many cars as I wanted and then brought one of his technicians up to accompany me. This is wizard brilliant. The technician is there to generally answer questions about the cars and to ride along. They are there to answer questions about a 'deal' or pepper you with invasive questions or try to ratchet you into the purchase. All of the business angle of the transaction happens in the office, not on the road, a great relief. I noted a few items I wanted attended to on the vehicle I chose, Chad was quite reasonable about including them before my wife test drove the vehicle and was zero pressure about the scheduling. This is a family business in the very best sense of the word. My wife happily signed for our new car with the family lap dog cuddling in her lap. Now I know why Auto Direct has such a stellar reputation, and I know where I'll be going the next time we need a car! More

I was cordially greeted and handled from the intial contact by telephone to the final delivery of the car. For the first time in my life of buying new or used cars I have never experienced the level of customer service that I did at the dealer. What struck me very odd was that they did not pressure us in any way to buy the car the very first day of looking in fact they told me to go home and talk it over with my wife and to call them when we were ready to buy. You won't see that at any other dealer and that's what made us go back and buy this 05 Acura MDX. We love this car it is in excellent condition and I will forever buy my next car or cars from them and recommend them to all my friends and family. They are 10's across the board.
