This is a family dealership and the owner, Chad, was very accommodating. Just be careful because he tends to be dismissive of the little details. Did the car have ABS? "Sure" he said. It does not. Renewing our registration? "I'll take care of that for you." He actually was not able to because we were from PA and he is in NJ. Second key and remote- every car should have one, shouldn't it? "I'll take $40 off, you'll go to Home Depot, what do they cost, a couple of bucks?" Well, it wasn't that simple. Turns out, the key was encrytped and was very expensive. However, we were very, very impressed and satisfied that Chad's father, Bob, cheerfully split the difference with us. So actually we would definately recommend them, but with the caveat of being careful in ironing out the details. But it's all good because they will work with you. More

After much searching we stumbled upon their dealership and were shocked at the selection and customer selection. They were not overpowering with high pressure sales tactics. I was very happy with the selection of cars and above average condition. I love the car we purchased! We found Auto Direct Cars, LLC through the Cars.com website. We were looking for a nice used car for our son. After visits to other used car dealers, we visited Auto Direct Cars, LLC to look at some website. We were looking for a nice used car for our son. After visits to other used car dealers, we visited Auto Direct Cars, LLC to look at some of the cars we had seen on their website. We looked around the lot without being hassled and when we were ready to test drive some of the vehicles, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We looked at three cars that my son was interested in and test drove two of the three. After the test drive, we decided on a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. We talked to Mike about letting our mechanic look at it and he said that wouldn't be a problem. He even offered to drive it to our mechanic in Philadelphia to have the car looked at. Our mechanic checked it out and saw a few things that needed to be done. We spoke with Bob about these items and reached an agreement with him on having those issues taken care of. Bob was very patient and was available to answer all of our questions. If he could not be reached immediately, he called back within a half hour. Communication skills at Auto Direct Cars, LLC are superior. When we went to pick up the car, the staff was very professional in getting the paperwork quickly out of the way so we could be on our way. The very next day after bringing the car home, Bob called to see how we were doing with the vehicle. Thank you to Auto Direct Cars, LLC for making the process of buying a used car a pleasant experience. We would definitely be back if we are ever in need of another used car. More

Once again Bob accommodated me by replacing the issues I found most important. On the day my family and I went to purchase the vehicle, we found Bob still detailing the car. I did not know what to expect from a used car lot, but our experience allows me to comfortably recommend Bob and Auto Direct Cars LLC to anyone. No fancy showrooms or gimmicks and no used car is perfect, but Bob was straight forward and fair throughout the process, which was very pleasant for making a big purchase. More
I was looking for a well maintained 2000-2002 Mercedes E320 for under $6000 through a few online sites. I searched through Cars.com's site and by chance, came upon a grey 2000 E320 with under 100,000 mile E320 for under $6000 through a few online sites. I searched through Cars.com's site and by chance, came upon a grey 2000 E320 with under 100,000 miles and low and behold; she was in great condition in the pictures and in person. I called Bob(owner) after their normal business hours, and he actually answered my call and was patient with me and said that the car was available for a test drive the next day. I traveled from the Bronx; BOb wasn't there at the time I arrived, but Fred got the keys and we went for a test drive. The car had a problem with a back window and needed a new brake bulb: Bob's son Chad stated that they'll fix it by that Monday. It was fixed (expertly I might add) on Monday and ready for me on Tuesday. They were and are still very respectful and professional individuals. I love my car, and would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More

Chad and Bob was a pleasure to do business with. I called Bob at first and told him my concerns and intrest in a 2009 Nissan Rouge SL that was fully loaded. It had everything that i wanted as i had been looking for in a car since March ( 7 months). I had lost some hope wishing that i could find a fully loaded Rouge at a reasonable price that i could afford. I even started to condition my mind in my search that i just have to be realistic and accept some features and do without the others. Bob was very patient and fully explained each concern that i had about buying the car.The mileage was not bad and for a young woman like me who needs to get around Bob and Chad were very helpful once i finally purchased the car at a reasonable price. I got the chance of getting a test drive and a walk around the vehicle while deciding if i was getting it. They detailed the Nissan Rouge and also right now we are in the the process of fixing my Bose radio/6 cd disc changer that has some technical issues. Bob also made sure to ask how the car was doing and if im still liking it which in fact i dont have any other current issues with the Rouge and is greatful that the good Lord directed me to this dealership. From my experience i can trully say that there are a lot of car dealers that are only intrested in selling a car and once it is off their hands they have nothing else to do with it. Bob which is the owner of the dealership goes an extra mile. It`s very sad that you cant find honest people in the business world as they always say "it`s just business" and forgetting that whatever you put out is what you will receive. Good customer service is what really gets you committed long life customers and even additional customers. You make a customer happy and the owner`s pocket will be happy lol. Bought a 2002 Buick Park Ave Ultra from these folks. Very firnedly, down-to-earth and genuine. Would buy again from them. Price was fair and within KBB guidelines for pruchasing from a dealer.
