I have purchased several vehicles from this lot over the years and have been pleased with each vehicle. All the vehicles previously purchased are still in service. Chad provided the information on the vehicle and facilitated a test drive. I decided to purchase it. Chad determined during the test drive that an item needed to be repaired and thereafter had it repaired prior to delivery the next day. I have checked and tested the vehicle and its features and equipment. Chad extended an additional courtesy to me by having Bob follow me and drive the car I purchased to my nearby home. I will be placing Chad's business card on our church bulletin board in order that others may consider purchasing a reliable used vehicle at a reasonable price from a reputable dealer. More

We were allowed to look around the lot at leisure. We finally decided to purchase the 2007 Hyundai Azera. It is a beautiful car with low mileage. The key thing I was looking for in a car. All the vehicles we looked at on the lot had low mileage. I was very impress with the number of inventory vehicle with low mileage. The finance process with Chad was very smooth. The customer service treatment was superior. We did have a problem with the vehicle. Once we notify Chad, he didn't hesitate to correct the problem. There was no haggling, no bull. The company is family owned and the owner, Bob, personally saw that our questions were answered, that we had our needs were met, and that our overall experience was a good one. Bob went above and beyond in his customer service and I was very appreciative of his help. At the end of the day it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I just recently bought 06 ACURA RSX, the car I've been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to c been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to check it out...the price was good for the milage for the car and the stuff included in the car such as dvd/cd player with a reverse camera in the back...I went and talked to Chad he was very polite and wanted to do bussiness with me just because how bad i want this car...I told him i would come back the next day to check and test drive the car, i told him if he could hold the car for me so i could come the next n try to get the car, and he said yeah and he did just that...i drove the car and i was very pleased so i talked with Chad what i needed to do in order to make this car mine..i barely had any credit n my co signers didnt work..Bob told me that Chad wont stop till there is nothing left in order to get this car for me...and Chad just did that for me, he tried,tried,tried and it was SUCCESS!...it was tottaly worth waiting for...this place really wants you to get the car if you really want it unlike some other dealerships where they just look n see if they can help if not they dont care..but not like this place, this place tried tried and tried because they knew how bad i want this car...THANKS CHAD AND BOB for everything it was something amazing happened when i got this car..even got my mom tearing up when everything worked out for us...all i can say is Thank you! I took him the money a few weeks later and now I am a proud owner of the car! I am very happy and will be taking family and friends back to see Bob and his family to purchase vehicles of their own. The experience i had with the auto cars direct was amazing!!!! I didn't feel rushed to get into a car or as soon as I walked in the door like it was a shark tank with sales associates trying to get th amazing!!!! Also the sales associate Chad was great with getting the best deal for me for the car that I wanted. And when I needed to step away to go pick up my daughter, they waited for me come back and finish all the paperwork. I was very pleased at the experience.
