I did my homework and this dealer's internet prices were as low as they could be on the open market. I didn't have to haggle for the best price - I got it without trying. Everyone I interacted with was professional but also laid back, not pushy at all. When it came time to buy the car, Chad knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure I knew what I needed to do to make the transaction go smoothly. They were able to get me a loan at a rate that was a half percent less than my credit union. All in all, this was a very pleasant car buying experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I originally went to this dealership because they had a wide variety of cars to choose from. When I arrived to look around I did not feel pressured or pushed while I was there. This is a good sales technique because the average car salesman is very pushy and arrogant. I came back to this dealership after car hunting for a week. This was the only dealership that stuck out in my mind in a positive way. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in and take my time. The employees were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and working with my needs. I am very satisfied with my new car and I am very grateful for the hard work and dedication these people display. I would definitely recommend this dealership to many people, and I already have! More

The whole experience was very convenient and easy. First we went on the website and searched for the cars we might like under our criteria. When we had eliminated our selections down to 2 or 3, we visited the dealership in Palmyra- which was very easy to find! (Right on the south side of Route 73.) The dealer Fred Shaffer was very helpful with us in finding the best deal. While we mainly dealt with Fred, everybody there was friendly and patient in helping us decide on the best fit and best deal! While I was there to buy a "new" used car for my fiancee, I plan to come back when my car breaks down! More

We purchased a Chevrolet Venture minivan from this dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purcha dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purchased a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. After noticing some electrical issues while test driving, the dealership was quick and happy to fix what was wrong, and the car was ready for us the next day. About 20 days later, while our personal mechanic was checking the car over and doing a state inspection, a problem was found with the tires. Even though these are not covered under warranty, the dealership replaced the tires the same day, and even washed the car for us! We have 2 family friends looking for used cars and are sending them to this dealership. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle. They are not your typical high-pressure salesmen. They let you walk the lot without following you around, and have bent over backwards to keep us happy. Great experience! More

The best experience by far. The Service was friendly, honest and trustworthy. I never felt like I needed to haggle with the price nor did I have to make a quick decision. The owner held the car over the weekend until I was able to return with the check three days later. They never asked for a deposit to hold the car just a simple hand shake ( The way business used to be conducted). When I returned to pick the car up it was ready and the entire process took less than an hour AMAZING. I have had the car for over 2 weeks now and it drives great. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to give them a call you will not be disappointed. More

If I could have rated them higher I would have. I had been looking for a car for awhile and dealt with many other dealerships. It was a very frustrating experience. When we arrived here I knew what car I been looking for a car for awhile and dealt with many other dealerships. It was a very frustrating experience. When we arrived here I knew what car I wanted to see. There was no pressure, we were given time to really look the car over. Nobody was trying to "sell" the car and at the same time you don't feel as if you are being ignored. I did not have the greatest credit and they went above and beyond to get me the financing at an affordable rate. I am very happy with the subaru that I purchased and they could not have made the experience any better. I would highly recommend them. More

I was looking for a Ford truck with an 8' bed. I had gone to a bunch of other dealerships with no success. When I drove buy I saw two trucks that fit me and left the next with a white F-350 diesel.
