I have been to many local used car dealerships over the last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. After visiting Auto Direct and then shopping around I realized that no one out there beat Auto Direct in these areas: The selection of cars is amazing, there were several that fit my budget that I had to choose from. There was absolutely no salesman pressure! They were there and helped when they were asked, but they allowed me the time to wander the lot which was a welcome relief compared to other places I had been!. And most importantly, once you know what you want, Chad leads you through EVERY step. He advised me on some issues where I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. I was never told what I needed to do, I was told to let them know what I needed and they made sure it got done! When I picked my car up a couple little issues were attended to promptly and with great care by Bob. I feel confident that I can go back to Chad or Bob with any last question or issue that may arise and I will be met with the same great service and quality care! I just bought a used toyota tundra from these guys. They were extremely proffesional and helpful with everything I needed. Wonderful experience! The customer service at Auto Direct is superb. We were looking for a minivan in a certain price range and they only showed us minivans in our price range. We arrived at Auto direct cars in midst of a snow storm. There were so many vehicles on the lot that at first I thought we had the wrong place. After asking us if we needed any help he offered to get us the keys to the two cars we had narrowed our search down to. Chad provided the information on the vehicle and facilitated a test drive. I decided to purchase it. Chad determined during the test drive that an item needed to be repaired and thereafter had it repaired prior to delivery the next day. I have checked and tested the vehicle and its features and equipment. Chad extended an additional courtesy to me by having Bob follow me and drive the car I purchased to my nearby home. I came to auto direct because of the reviews I read regarding customer service. I was not disappointed at all. We were looking for a car for my husband. It was a very positive experience. We were allowed to look around the lot at leisure. We finally decided to purchase the 2007 Hyundai Azera. It is a beautiful car with low mileage. The key thing I was looking for in a car. All the vehicles we looked at on the lot had low mileage. I was very impress with the number of inventory vehicle with low mileage. The finance process with Chad was very smooth. The customer service treatment was superior. We did have a problem with the vehicle. Once we notify Chad, he didn't hesitate to correct the problem. There was no haggling, no bull. My husband & I visited Auto Direct Cars to look for a car for our sons. They had a good amount of cars in the price range we were looking for. We dealt initially with Rob & he was very patient & we were car for our sons. They had a good amount of cars in the price range we were looking for. Of course we couldn't make a decision that day but the next day we called & said we wanted the car. That was on a Monday & we picked up the car on Wednesday. Bob & Chad also helped us when we picked the car up & everything went very smoothly. It took less than an hour to do the paperwork. It was a very nice, no pressure experience & we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a 2002 Ford Escape. More
