I was in need of a new car asap! I logged onto Cars.com then, entered my searching criteria. I saw several dealerships that match my criteria. So, I wanted to narrow the search I began to look at the revie then, entered my searching criteria. I saw several dealerships that match my criteria. So, I wanted to narrow the search I began to look at the reviews. When I came upon Auto Direct Cars there were tons of reviews and they all were great. I placed the call to the dealership and spoke to Bob. The one thing that stood out the most to me is when I asked him about the car listed online he wanted to tell me about himself as well as the dealership and who I would be dealing with. Service was pretty great, Chad and Bob were both very helpful answering all of my questions and about the car. While I was waiting in the sales room I noticed they were always on the computer and answeri helpful answering all of my questions and about the car. I must say before visiting Aito direct I was very pessimistic. Not due to there reputation, due to my credit situation, not awful, but not good. I spoke with Chad on a Sunday, yes he answered on a Su pessimistic. Not due to there reputation, due to my credit situation, not awful, but not good. I spoke with Chad on a Sunday, yes he answered on a Sunday. I went in looking at a Homda, the price was to high so Chad recommended a Toyota Corolla, I was skeptical as it had more miles then I was comfortable with. He provided a car fax, which had 27 service records. The car had been maintained to the tee, so I took the leap and put a deposit on it. I came in a day later and purchased the car. I have had it now for roughly 1500 miles and its been great, I'm getting 31 MPG and the car rides great. Wrapping up my review, I must say, if you have credit issues, don't worry. Chad will work his magic. In my scenario he got an approval through a reputable bank, not a sub prime bank. As long as I make my payments, my credit score will shoot the moon and I have a great looking,,reliable Toyota that I can proudly call my 'new' car. Thanks Chad. How about removing that chrome...lol. I was looking to get out of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a great price. I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price. Auto Direct has a customer for life now! More

I was looking on the Internet for a car for my daughter who was turning 17 soon. I found a car that we both liked and was directed to the website of Auto Direct Cars. I've lived in this area my whole life who was turning 17 soon. I found a car that we both liked and was directed to the website of Auto Direct Cars. I've lived in this area my whole life and never knew or heard about them. They were only about 5 mins from my house so we quick took a ride over. We were looking at a 2006 Honda Civic. Wow! What a selection of cars. The price was a little to high for what I wanted to spend on a first car for my daughter. We continued to look but couldn't make up our mind on anything. I continued to look on their website during the following week. I saw a couple of Toyota Corollas and went over and checked them out. I was not pressured by anyone on either of my visits. The 2nd Corolla I looked at, a 2003 with 115k miles, caught my attention. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. My daughter was really going to be suprised for it was to be her b-day present. Needless to say she absolutely loves it! Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and professional. They seemed to want to bend over backwards to help you. There was never any hassling or harassing like at some dealers. They showed you to the cars you were looking for and basically let you be. It was a great experience for myself and my daughter. I will definitely come back and also recommend Auto Direct Cars to my family and friends. Thanks again for making it a special b-day for her .
