I had a personal experience in which my daughter whom is in college lost her vehicle due to mechanical failure. Within a week Auto direct had my daughter in a very nice vehicle with a good price. All of the Salesmen where very professional and even while arguing with my ex wife they still issued advice and expertise and stay focused on the mission of putting my daughter in an automobile. Chad and his Dad were great. They were so nice, honest and patient. My son found exactly what he wanted and what we could afford. My daughter found Auto Direct online after going to some of the bigger dealers with no luck. She had a list of vehicles to look at, but in the end we ended up with something we didn't even go to look at. of the bigger dealers with no luck. She is very happy with her first purchase of a 2007 VW Rabbit, We refer to it as the Bunny. We had a few things to look at after the purchase and Bob was very welling to make sure we were happy. I would tell anyone that is looking for a nice used car to check out Auto Direct they make sure you are happy even after the purchase which is rare these days. More

Well the team at Auto Direct did it again!! I just recently purchased a beautiful Hyundai Sonata Lmtd a few months ago and had a great experience so when it was time for my daughter to get her car I d recently purchased a beautiful Hyundai Sonata Lmtd a few months ago and had a great experience so when it was time for my daughter to get her car I didn't hesitate to bring her to Bob and crew. They treated her with such warmth and respect it was refreshing. She had her car picked out and financing in place within 2 hours!. She loves her 2009 Honda Civic LX coupe.It rides and looks like a brand new vehicle and the price was below market value!!. she'll have this car for a very long time. Kudos to Bob, Chad and Especially Doug because he worked directly with my Daughter and made her first car purchase a very enjoysble experience!!! More

I RECENTLY BROUGHT A 2003 CADILLIAC UPON MY VISIT I HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES. CHAD WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME IN THIS CAR. PROFESSIONAL VERY POLITE ( RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER ) AFTER ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES. CHAD WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME IN THIS CAR. PROFESSIONAL VERY POLITE ( RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER ) AFTER MAYBE A MONTH OR SO I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR SOMETHING THAT FUSTRATED ME TO NO END THE POWER WOULD GO OUT INSIDE THE CAR, I DEALT WITH THIS PROBLEM FOR WEEKS. I CALL CHAD TIME N TIME TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, ONLY TO FIND OUT CHAD HANDLES ONE PART OF THIS FAMILY BUSINESS. WELL CHAD TURN ME OVER TO BOB N BOB DID VERY THING IN HIS POWER TO GET THIS POBLEM RESOLVE SENDING ME TO CADILLIAC DEALERS EVERY WERE, WELL ONCE WE FOUND OUT WANT THE PROBLEM BOB SENT ME TO ROB'S. WELL THE MORRAL OF THIS STORY IS THAT BOB CHAD AND THIS FAMILY BUSINESS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME IN THIS SITUATION AND NOT ONCE DID THEY TREAT ME LIKE THEY DID'NT CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEM. I had an excellent experience with Auto Direct Cars! I applied using the online application on a late Wednesday afternoon and received a call back Thursday morning. I met with Chad and Doug the same day a applied using the online application on a late Wednesday afternoon and received a call back Thursday morning. I met with Chad and Doug the same day and they met ALL of my needs! I told them what I was looking for, gave them my price range and they narrowed down my search with ease. I was able to find a car that day and drove a 2008 Mazda Tribute home on Friday after it received a clean bill of health (aka full diagnostic) with Rob's Garage! I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this dealership to everybody! More
