We found the Passat Wagon online. We called and told Auto Direct we were coming to look at it. It was pulled out and ready for us to look at when we got there. We noticed something was broken the day after we picked the car up and Bobby had us drop it off at his shop and they fixed it no problem and no questions asked. I went to auto direct cars looking to trade in my 2010 kia soul for something bigger for my family. I came across an 06 ford explorer which I ended up buying. I bought my car one month ago from this dealer ship and I'm very happy with it. I check their web site and i picked around 5 cars which i really liked. The prices of the cars are pretty reasonable and the I'm very happy with it. I check their web site and i picked around 5 cars which i really liked. When I went at their dealership I was pleasant surprise that the sales man did not rush me to make a purchase. They let me to have my time and find THE ONE. After I picked my car they took care about everything and also they filled half of my tank with gas so i didn't need to worry it. I will definitely recommend this dealer ship to all my friends and family because they are really awesome! Thank you guys! And i definitely looking forward to buy my next car from you! More

When my son decided to stay home and attend community college his first year, we needed an older model year car with low mileage that was in excellent condition. We found it at Auto Direct Cars. From our first call to Chad – the third generation in this family- owned business – we were treated with courtesy and honesty. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for our inspection and test drive. The pricing was as promised and fair, as was a bumper to bumper warranty for the car. The nice thing was the owner, Bob, was away on vacation the Saturday we purchased the car. Upon his return the next day, he called to ask about our experience. When he heard we had a small problem with the windshield wipers, since we live an hour away, he apologized, said to fix it and send him the bill. I would highly recommend Auto Direct Cars, Chad and Bob for any of your used vehicle needs. More
