We were called a couple of days after purchase from the owner of the company to check in to see if everything is ok with our new purchase and to see if our experience was great. He was very polite and helpful. I didn't want to put any money down and he did everything he could to help find a bank that would approve me for a loan with zero down and he did! The second person i talked to was Bob (the Owner) its very rare that the owner from any business will contact you and try to help making your buying exp as good as possible, He told me that he spoke to doug about me and he informed me that they were doing everything they could to help find me bank that would approve me for zero down and keep my payments under $300 monthly. For some people talking to the owner may not seem that important but for me it shows that the highest figure in the company is genuine enough to take the time out and talk to their customers and small things like that is a BIG factor with me. the guys got me a deal with everything i was looking for, zero down and payments under 300. The day i went to get the car and sign the papers i met Chad who is Bob's son and he was just as friendly and helpful as his doug and his father. Also the guy that was in the car with me during the test drive was nice too (sorry i forgot your name). i HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a car to give these guys a try. I had a very pleasant experience with Auto Direct Cars. I found the 2003 Lexus GX 470 online, it was one of a few available in the surrounding states. I was interested in the car, so I called the dealership around 9:30 pm on a week night, to my surprise the phone was answered by the owner Bob, who told me the car was still available. The first thing that impressed me was the number of positive reviews that were posted online about this company. I can now say that the reviews were on target! My wife and I drove two hours to get to the dealership the next morning and had a great experience. The car was there, the price was as advertised on the internet, we were greeted by a friendly professional representative, test drove the car, and got financing in a hassle free manner with the help of the owners son. About an hour and a half later we were heading back to NJ with a Lexus GX 470 in excellent shape. Over the last couple days, we’ve been impressed with the car and most importantly feel very good about the entire experience at Auto Direct Cars. I would recommend them highly and would go back to purchase another car from them if the need arises. I feel confident that if I need to reach out to them for any reason, they would be responsive, this is based on the way the experience I've had from the first call to the call I received from Bob to make sure that we were satisfied. I had been on the lot for no more than a min before someone had approached me, and assisted me with my search. Even after making my selection they were very helpful, in making my purchase happen in a timely and affordable fashion. I have now had my Mazda 3 for almost a yr and very happy with it. I told him a round-about of where I wanted my car payment to be every month and explained my situation. He took me around the lot to show me the cars that were in my price range. The last car he showed me was a white 2008 nissan sentra. He told me all about it and I was sold on it at that very moment. when I went to the dealership I did not set my expectations too high because I had tried before to buy my first car and did not have any luck at bigger dealerships. Chad sat me down at the computer and within a half hour I was signing the papers for my new car! A few weeks after buying the car, I had a few questions and I spoke with Bob about it. I left a message for Bob and he called me right back to talk about any concerns I had. He assured me that any problems I had would be taken care of immediately. There was nothing major wrong, just a tire pressure light. Bob told me that I could come at any time to get it looked at and fixed. I would recommend car shopping with Auto Direct if you are in the market for a car. The overall experience was very simplistic with no pressure such as you would receive if you walked onto a lot at a deal are in the market for a car. Bob take's pride in his business and followed up with me many times to assure that I got the best customer service and everything was ok with my purchase. Encountered some unforeseen problems with car , not do to Auto Direct nor myself but Bob helped offset the repairs cost to make things easier on me which was much appreciated because he didn't have to offer anything at all. I've noticed they have been more than reasonable all along the way as long as you communicate with them they will do there best to assure customer satisfaction!
