SALES TEAM GOES THE EXTRA YARD The sales team was great point blank, unfortunately the day I was looking for a car was the day of the funeral of the owners father (Condolenses go ou The sales team was great point blank, unfortunately the day I was looking for a car was the day of the funeral of the owners father (Condolenses go out) but the sales team had let me know that they will be closing at noon due to the funeral but they were very supportive in wanting to help me and there was no pressure whatsoever, the sales people just said, take a look around and if you see anything that you want to test drive or see the inside, just let them know "That's the way to sell cars". We came back after looking around in about 10 mins (since we already had a list of cars from searching online) and wanted to see the inside of one of the cars, they gave us the keys and let us look it over ourselves, they didn't even follow us around at that point, actually there was no pressure throughout the whole buying experience. We test drove the vehicle and decided right there that was the car for us. It had a minor defect in which they had to order a part, the part came in, they called us and we went to get it fixed and I would totally recommend this car dealership to my family, friends and co-workers if they are in the market for a vehicle. Just wanted to note that this is not the first dealer we had went to, my wife and I were looking for a week and been to about 3 or 4 dealers. After arriving at Autodirect, I felt very comfortable with the sales team and just felt like we connected, they were so nice and polite, they made purchasing our vehicle a pleasant experience. More

We wanted to share the exceptional experience that we had buying a used Jeep Liberty for our Mother. The staff exceeded all of our expectations and made the overall experience a absolute pleasure! The staff was knowledgeable and patient and we drove from Doylestown Pennsylvania to Delran New Jersey to get a used Jeep. Luckily, looking online we found this dealership. From the moment we called and spoke to the owner, we knew the trip to Delran would be well worth it! We were right! We went to the lot and met the owner and his son and they started us out by pulling the vehicle in the front lot, going over everything with us and then allowing us to take a test ride. The Jeep was so clean and it looked just like they described on the phone, even better! The car looks and runs great! We are thrilled and so is our Mother. We would like to publicly thank Bob, Chad and Doug! We are now recommending them to all of our friends and family and decided that it would be helpful to let others know about this fantastic dealership! We will buy all of our cars there and find it so refreshing that a business honestly back up and all that it promised and more!!!! More

After visiting several used car dealers in PA and NJ, I found Auto Direct Cars to be an experience more on par with buying from a new car dealer. A large open lot with good quality cars clearly marked wit found Auto Direct Cars to be an experience more on par with buying from a new car dealer. This was my first time buying a car through a dealer. I had checked out 4 other dealerships that day and the experience was horrendous. I heard about Autodirect from the internet and saw they had really stellar reviews. I was a little apprehensive but the people were awesome. Soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted by everyone. They helped me figure out what car would be the best for me within my strict budget. This place is phenomenal and I wish more dealers where like this. They truly care for the customers. There was no pressure to buy out of my means. I've already recommended them to two of my friends. Anyone looking for a reputable place that treats you like family versus commission come here!! I definitely will buy my 2nd car from here!!!!!!! More

Buying a used car can be stressful, Bob and Chad made the experience simple and easy. Bob and Chad spent quite a few hours with me and my family as we test drove the Jeep and handled our trade in, they even experience simple and easy.
