My GREAT NEW CAR! 2005 Honda Odyssey I bought a clean, well maintained car. Saw it on a Friday night and Bob called me Saturday AM, test drove it and bought it on Wednesday. Very friendly I bought a clean, well maintained car. Saw it on a Friday night and Bob called me Saturday AM, test drove it and bought it on Wednesday. Very friendly, low pressure sales approach. There were a few minor issues with the van, which Bob had his service team take care of. This dealer cares about the consumers needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality used car. More

Bob and his staff are noble fellows that legitimately do their best to get you in a vehicle. After being denied numerous times, we spoke on the phone and he drew me in immediately with his honesty. I took the drive to his showroom not knowing what to expect and left in an 03 Accord. I highly recommend this dealership. Extrordinary Service I have purchased at least 10 used cars in my life time. I have never felt more concern and post sales satisfaction as I got from Chad and Bob at this I have purchased at least 10 used cars in my life time. Even when there were some minor issues, they stepped up and were calling me instead of me calling them. I WILL buy from them again and would refer them to my closest friends. Excellent!!!!! More

We went in and looked at a vehicle. They handed us the keys with out any questions. We test drove the car alone without anyone there tying to convince us of how great the car is. Chad and Bob are very friendly and generous people and will try to do everything they can to make your buying experience a plus. After month's of no returned calls from d Long of the short I have been looking for a specific vehicle for month's dealing with multiple dealerships. After month's of no returned calls from dealers or just the vehicle always being sold "the day before I called about it", I was getting discouraged. Finally found the vehicle on cars.com that pointed me to this dealer. I Sent a simple inquiry about the vehicle online and received a phone call within 10 minutes of email being sent. By far the best customer service I have ever had with a car dealership. If all you want is to be treated with respect and feel that someone truly does care about your experience this is the place to go. All that being said I live 600 plus miles away in Michigan and the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will contact Bob Rothberg before anyone else. I will happily incur the cost of buying a vehicle from Bob in Pennsylvania and getting it to Michigan to know that I will be well taken care of with no BS. Thanks again for your time and help Bob. It was not your normal car dealership where they hound you when you walk the lot. Doug, Bob and Chad are great. They are a real pleasure to deal with. They help you out with everything and have a good selection of cars. One of the things I liked was that6 they were all very friendly and not "pushy" at all. I went back a few times before I bought the car to really make sure that I wanted the vehicle and didn't get pressured at with phone calls or anything.
