I was in the market for a new car after mine was totaled on my way to school. Being a college student, I didn't have much of a budget to work with. I had went to a couple of other dealerships, but the cars fit in my price range were all of poor quality. Out of the few that fit my price range, I was faced with scratches, chipped paint, high milage, and doors that wouldn't open. I was browsing online when I came across a car I liked at Auto Direct Cars LLC, a 2000 Lexus GS 300. Auto Direct Cars LLC was a bit far from my house, so I called first to inquire about the vehicle. On the phone, Bob was more than helpful. He gave me extensive advise about financing and helped me arrange a time to come look at the Lexus. My step father, a mechanic of over 20 years, came with me to check it out. When we arrived at the dealership, Bob's son Chad offered amazing help. He showed us the Lexus and some other vehicles in my price range. I was amazed at how many good quality cars there were in my price range. Even my step dad seemed surprised at the quality of the cars for such low prices. It was a tough decision with all the good options I was given, but I decided on sticking with the Lexus. With the the small budget I was working with, I thought it would be hard to find something I liked. The Lexus was in great condition, in and out. It had low mileage and a clean Carfax. Chad helped us to lower the monthly payments to something that I could afford on my tight budget. So far the Lexus has been great. Bob and Chad were extremely helpful. They seemed to care more about selling quality cars then making a huge profit, like some of the other places I went to. I highly recommend this dealership. More

My expectations in buying a car for my daughter became a very pleasant experience the moment we pulled into Auto Direct. We had already been to several dealerships and spent many hours looking at vehicles that not only will meet our budget but also was priced competitively. Surprisingly so Auto Direct met these demands. My goal was to complete a pre-planned route and no matter how good the deal sounds not make a decision until each stop was completed. Auto direct at this point was one of the dealerships that was in the top three places to visit of which on my way home one day I stopped by to see what was available only. Even after we left auto direct for the second time (first one being me solo) sticking to our plan, we kept saying Auto direct has the car for us. What really solidified our decision was when we completed our route by stopping at new car dealerships but found their sales and customer service were not even close to par. The facts are this "Auto direct took our concerns and issues" very personal and met or exceeded any road blocks we had. Even down to the financing detail no other dealership could even come close. I would highly recommend Auto Direct to any body because my confidence has been restored for at least one dealership that truly will custom make to your need not theirs More
My experience with Bob and Chad of Auto Direct Cars LLC was fantastic. I was looking for very specific car for my son. Living far from New Jersey, I flew into Philedelphia International and they picked me up at the airport! The vehicle was just what I was looking for, the process was painless, and Auto Direct Cars LLC is the place to look for a used automobile. I went to Auto Direct when I saw one of their vehicles online and the price was much lower than all of the other dealers. I expected to find a car that looked good on the outside but sounded horrible whe online and the price was much lower than all of the other dealers. I expected to find a car that looked good on the outside but sounded horrible when the engine was running but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the car better in person than online and in pristine condition, but the owner was more than helpful but not pushy. He took me for a test drive, walked away while I discussed it with my husband, and answered every question about the car as if he owned it. A few days later I went to start the car and the battery was dead. I called the lot and without hesitation he told me to come in. Within 45 minutes of the phone call they had replaced my battery with a new one and offered apologies (not that it was even their fault). I have never had such a positive experience buying a car and will definitely go back again and again. More

After finding quite a few I had been interested in, we began the financing process. After a hiccup with my cosigners history, my selection was dwindled down to about 5 cars. Chad was very persistent with the banks and worked very hard to make sure that I had left happy, and with keys to my own vehicle. I had ended up purchasing an '04 Mini Cooper, which wasn't something I had expected, but after taking it for a drive I fell in love with the handling. Had impressively low miles as well! I would personally recommend this dealership above all else in the Tri-State area. I had wished i stopped here sooner, and definitely will be back with future purposes. More

When he said yes, I told him I could not come down until the next day; I live outside of Wildwood and needed to borrow my wife’s van. I also asked him to call me if he sells the van that day so I wouldn’t make a wasted trip. He told me since he knew I was coming he’d save it for me. It had snowed a little the day before I called, and the morning I arrived at the dealer, they had already had it inside the garage, cleaned off and nice and warm for me to look at. I looked at this, I looked at that, popped the hood, checked the frame, played with everything. They even came up with a DVD for me to check the overhead entertainment unit. We went for a test drive, around the industrial park, rt130. This was a 10 year old 2004 Mercury Monterey Premier, 58,000 miles, $6990. They still had a sticker on the window showing they had previously been asking $8990. Low mileage, good price, it was beating all my expectations. I had been looking on line for about three weeks, Craigslist, Autolenders, Autotrader, all the usual places. This was the only vehicle I looked at, no reason to go anywhere else. I said let’s do this. Chad took care of the paper work, explaining each paper I needed to sign. I had to drive home, pick up my wife from work, and drive back to pick it up. Well worth the trip. It was tagged, gassed, and waiting for me when I got back. There was only one thing left for me to do. Drive home with the tunes and my new heated seat on, and a big smile on my face. Thank you guys. When you see the buzz words about Autodirect Cars, "Family owned and operated across three generations for 60 years," it reads like any other advertisement to build confidence in potential buyers....until you walk through the door and learn exactly what those words mean in practice. In the past I've had my fair share of lemons and bad dealer experiences; I even had one person trying to sell me a car belittle me for being a woman by flat out saying that clearly I can only drive an automatic. Shopping for a car has always been a nightmare, so when my husband and I began looking for the car that will carry us through the first lap of our married lives together I dragged my heels. I've been down this road, I've seen it all, I can't stand used car dealerships. When my husband found the car matching our needs, and showed me the reviews (I won't buy CHEESE without a glowing review online, let alone a car) I consented to test-driving another potential vehicle despite my reservations. We arrived at the dealership at the beginning of a small snowstorm, and I walked through the doors believing I knew what to expect. The difference was palpable. My expectations for disaster were immediately put to rest as Chad came over, smiled, shook our hands, and handed us the keys to open it up and check it out. We were told if we wanted to test drive it, just let him know. And that was it. No high pressure, "must buy today" pushing, no salesperson hovering over us pointing out all the reasons we needed this car, no one even watching us as we had our first look. We had time to honestly go over it's values together; the freedom to discuss what we liked and what we didn't without any fear that we would be giving the dealer fuel to push the sale on us. The car was exactly as described online, and in better condition than we expected. We told them we'd like to do a test drive and they had the car prepped and ready to go in minutes. The test drive with one of their people in the back seat went swimmingly. Our passenger gave his honest opinion about the type of car it was, without any noticeable bias. When we returned they put the car back, and that was the last we saw of the gentleman that went out with us; our conversation in the car wasn't passed along to the dealer. By this time I was feeling confident in the car and the people I was buying it from, and we were introduced to Bob, who gave us the run down on the car, the buying process, and walked us through the steps we'd need to take to finance it. Not once did he push us towards the car or a decision, and when we needed to talk things over he walked a discrete distance away to let us come to our own conclusions. We needed the car. I wanted the car. It was a deal. We walked through the financing portion of the vehicle easily, during which time we shared easy conversations with the staff. When the bank was done with the paperwork and we were approved, Bob sat down with us again and explained how buying a separate warranty would work. Again we weren't pressured at all, and the experience felt like buying off a menu. The longest portion of the entire process was just signing all the paperwork. Every cost was itemized and explained, and any questions we had were answered comfortably and sensibly. We shook hands, I took the keys to my new 2000 Subaru Outback, and we were done. Or so I thought, given the usual experience. During our time inside, the snows had picked up, and we were driving the cars home on fresh, dry powder. We made it without any trouble (all-wheel drive to the rescue!) and I was surprised and delighted a short time later when I received a phone call from the dealership, from Bob personally, checking in to make sure we made it home safe. If it sounds like this review is over the top, you should know I am the type of person who will write a scathing review without the least bit of hesitation. I speak so highly of this dealership because I believe excellence should always be acknowledged, and I had an amazing experience buying my new car. This is not a dealership that wants you to buy their cars; this is a dealership that wants you and your friends and your family to have the confidence buy the rest of their cars from Autodirect, forever. tl/dr: This place is amazing, the staff is amazing, buy your car from them and I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Bob and his team run a class "A" business. I purchased a used vehicle from him during my recent deployment to Afghanistan. He accepted a deposit on the vehicle and allowed me to pay the rest at purchased a used vehicle from him during my recent deployment to Afghanistan. He accepted a deposit on the vehicle and allowed me to pay the rest at a later date. He also stored my vehicle for me until I redeployed from Afghanistan. When I received the vehicle, it was better than described. I later found out Bob replaced a faulty fuel pump at no additional cost to me. Good old fashioned customer service, fair prices, and honest brokers. I hold no reservations whatsoever in recommending Auto Direct. They will be the first I will call whenever I need another car.
