Friendliness - They were always very helpful with questions and even called me back to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that all was well & good. Great group of guys! Overall Experience - was a very good experience. Rare Honesty After visiting several used car dealers I came across AutoDirectCars.com online. It was surprising to see the large assortment of nice looking used a After visiting several used car dealers I came across AutoDirectCars.com online. It was surprising to see the large assortment of nice looking used and low mileage cars. "too good to be true", I thought. I had been dissapointed before. Oh ,other dealers quoted good prices,but when you saw the cars they were dirty or the interiors were damaged. One car I drove, I pressed the brake and it went to the floor! So I took a chance and went to AutoDirectCars in Delran, NJ. I was greeted by Bob . Warm and friendly ...my defenses were up."So many cars! " I said to myself. When I told him my budget he immediately pointed out the cars he had in my price range. He knew all the inventory! Bob encouraged me to look at the cars,test drive as many as I wanted, and take my time deciding. Wow! No high pressure sales! By now more customers were coming in so both Chad and Doug helped to bring the cars around for me to drive. Every question I had was answered . I was offered so much information about the different makes of cars and financing . Carfax? No problem. . Did I mention I'm 63 yo and this was the first time purchasing a car? These gentlemen made it so easy! I chose a Toyota Camry. Doug handled the financing. He was able to keep the payments in the range I wanted and obtained a requested .warranty for me. Did I have any problems? After driving off the lot I noticed the gas gauge was not working. Made a phone call and they immediately fixed the problem! Who could ask for more? So if you want an honest car dealer I recommend this dealership for good used cars with fair prices and great service. More

above and beyond Went to look at a 08 nissan altima, test drove it and talked over numbers and Bob said it had just came in and needed something fixed with the sunroof Went to look at a 08 nissan altima, test drove it and talked over numbers and Bob said it had just came in and needed something fixed with the sunroof and a oil change so I came back the next day to after it was fixed bought the car for a good price. Had it a few days and had my mechanic check it over, needed brakes and a belt and noticed it needed a chrome tip that goes over the muffler. Talked to Bob when he followed up to see how I liked the car and tell him what I had done to it and he offers to contribute to the cost of the repairs I had done and calls to order the chrome muffler tip. (Also needed a car manual that he ordered day purchased car.) More

Upon visiting the facility, we were invited to inspect the cars as much as we'd like and were put at ease instantly with the total absence of pushy salespeople. We found financing quickly for the car we saw and loved, a 2008 NIssan Altima SE and when we returned, the car was detailed and beautiful. Our daughter loved the dogs and we loved the experience. Great experience, literally made car buying enjoyable and comfortable and I thank them for it and will return again I am sure. More
