I went to a couple used cared dealerships and they all were too pricy or had bad quality cars with salvage titles. I found Auto Direct Cars online and came upon a good deal. Gave them a call and they basically set me up, they weren't harassing at all but they always knew when to let me know things that I should know. I'll recommend this dealership to anybody looking to get a nice used car for a great price. GO TO AUTO DIRECT CARS!!! More

Service oriented, no-pressure, responsive, and positive I bought a used Saturn Sky Redline and had a great experience at the point of sale. No pressure and great service. After leaving the dealership the I bought a used Saturn Sky Redline and had a great experience at the point of sale. No pressure and great service. After leaving the dealership the ABS service light came on. Then the engine light came on. I brought it right back and they immediately found the problem with a scanner. Based on their responsiveness I have great confidence this vehicle will be repaired at no cost to me. I will have to wait a couple of days for a part. Bob and Chad's responsiveness, honesty, and good nature are a breath of fresh air. I could be feeling quite unlucky, but instead I feel their dealership stands behind their work. Bob spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the sale. They deserve to get kudos for their customer care. They are second to none! Bob and Chad are truly invested in making my experience a positive one. What a great family! More

Anish Patel went in to buy a used car was able to test drive and check the car out. bob is honestly a man of his word. the process was easy and quick. i never lef went in to buy a used car was able to test drive and check the car out. bob is honestly a man of his word. the process was easy and quick. i never left a deposit on the car but i came back to pick the car up a few days later and they still had it. only thing was there where issues with the car once i left (I.E. check engine light) i called bob and chad and they said no problem come back in and we will fix it. bob also gave me 2 free car detials for the life of the car which i think is awsome. i wuold deffinatly reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car which are in great quality Thanks again BOB More

Love My MINI This was my first time buying my very own car. After driving about 2 hours away to look at a 2005 Mini Cooper , just to find out that the dealer was s This was my first time buying my very own car. After driving about 2 hours away to look at a 2005 Mini Cooper , just to find out that the dealer was showing me an already sold car; and after going to a second dealer to look at another Mini Cooper that was listed online and calling to see if it was still available only to find out that they had sold the one I was interested in AGAIN, car shopping was becoming very aggravating to me . Then I came across Auto Direct online , they had a 2006 red Mini Cooper for about $10,000 with a little less than 80,000 miles on it. I called to see if it was still available and spoke to Bob who was very friendly from the beginning . He advised me of his two locations close by and gave me a heads up on the paper work that I would need to take if I wished to drive off the lot with it. I arrived at their location right off the Tacony bridge early and was welcomed by Doug. The Mini Cooper was just as it looked online , leather was intact it was very clean , no scratches or bumps just what I was looking for! After test driving it to their second location I was in love! It drove so smoothly, every window worked, AC was cold , seat warmers heated up fast. I was greeted by Bob and Chad who couldn't have made the buying process more easier for me. They got me a great interest rate, for a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for anything more . No one was pushy , you could tell it was a family owned business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. They even offered a free oil change once a year, to all of the people there, including myself . 2 weeks later and I still love my Mini Cooper it drives great, couldn't have asked for anything more for a great price. I was in without a car about 3 hours later I was driving it off the lot , just what I wanted . More

We traded in a Honda civic and got the best trade in and they worked with us to fit my budget. Their was a little crack in the windshield that we did not notice when we took it home, but called Bob he said bring it in to look at it and he said he would fix at no cost Awesome. They replaced the battery with a new one. I would recommend all my friends to visit Auto Direct Cars. Ken & Jon More
