After month's of no returned calls from dealers or just the vehicle always being sold "the day before I called about it", I was getting discouraged. Finally found the vehicle on cars.com that pointed me to this dealer. I Sent a simple inquiry about the vehicle online and received a phone call within 10 minutes of email being sent. By far the best customer service I have ever had with a car dealership. If all you want is to be treated with respect and feel that someone truly does care about your experience this is the place to go. All that being said I live 600 plus miles away in Michigan and the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will contact Bob Rothberg before anyone else.
