After driving about 2 hours away to look at a 2005 Mini Cooper , just to find out that the dealer was showing me an already sold car; and after going to a second dealer to look at another Mini Cooper that was listed online and calling to see if it was still available only to find out that they had sold the one I was interested in AGAIN, car shopping was becoming very aggravating to me . Then I came across Auto Direct online , they had a 2006 red Mini Cooper for about $10,000 with a little less than 80,000 miles on it. I called to see if it was still available and spoke to Bob who was very friendly from the beginning . He advised me of his two locations close by and gave me a heads up on the paper work that I would need to take if I wished to drive off the lot with it. I arrived at their location right off the Tacony bridge early and was welcomed by Doug. The Mini Cooper was just as it looked online , leather was intact it was very clean , no scratches or bumps just what I was looking for! After test driving it to their second location I was in love! It drove so smoothly, every window worked, AC was cold , seat warmers heated up fast. I was greeted by Bob and Chad who couldn't have made the buying process more easier for me. They got me a great interest rate, for a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for anything more . No one was pushy , you could tell it was a family owned business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. They even offered a free oil change once a year, to all of the people there, including myself . 2 weeks later and I still love my Mini Cooper it drives great, couldn't have asked for anything more for a great price. I was in without a car about 3 hours later I was driving it off the lot , just what I wanted . More

We traded in a Honda civic and got the best trade in and they worked with us to fit my budget. Their was a little crack in the windshield that we did not notice when we took it home, but called Bob he said bring it in to look at it and he said he would fix at no cost Awesome. We worked with Bob and Chad on selecting a Hyundai from their used car selection. Everything there was extremely organized and professional. After we bought the car, I took it to my mechanic to get all the usual tuneups, except for we discovered that there was a problem with the car and that it would require a lot of money to get it fixed, something not worth the price for which we bought the car. I explained the whole situation to Bob, and he actually let me return the car and get my money back that we paid for the car. He was extremely compassionate upon the situation, and reassured me that he would never sell a lemon, and that they were unaware of this problem with the car. I was pretty astonished and very grateful for the honesty and professionalism, and compassion, that Bob showed throughout the whole saga to my husband and I. We would recommend this dealership to others. More

They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the process. Everything was great. This is the 4th used car I have purchased in the past two years. The previous 3 cars were purchased from different dealerships. I never went back to the previous three because I wasn't overall pleased with the way things went. Great Experience Stopped in at the Palmyra location to look at a truck that I saw online. Was greeted by Chad and was able to look the vehicle over and take it on a t Stopped in at the Palmyra location to look at a truck that I saw online. Was greeted by Chad and was able to look the vehicle over and take it on a test drive. Chad was professional and very "non hounding", which means a lot to me. I did purchase the vehicle that day and ha it home for close to a week when i noticed a small transmission leak under it. I took it to a friends shop to have him put it on his lift to look for anything obviously visible. We did find a cracked extension housing and when I went to call the dealer I completely expected to get the runaround or to hear some multiple excuses as to why Auto Direct could not be responsible for the repair since time had already passed since the sale. I talked directly to Bob and i could not have been more wrong. Bob was attentive and even gave me options on where to take my vehicle to (his shop or to someone I chose). But more than him wanting to get the truck fixed, he went above by making sure that I was satisfied and happy. That speaks volumes to me and definitely will make me go straight to Bob and Chad and AutoDirect for the next purchase... Thanks a lot guys More
