She had been shopping around, but hadn’t had any luck with other dealers. After test driving a couple of cars at Auto Direct Cars she chose a beautiful Mini Cooper that was in good shape with low milage. Even after a costly mechanical problem was discovered after the purchase, Bob worked with us to get it repaired in a timely fashion at no additional cost. My daughter is happy, which means I’m happy! It was such a relief to find an honest family-owned dealership that’s run with so much integrity. Thanks guys! More

"Friendly and Knowledgeable Sales Staff" I went to the dealership to purchase a Mercedes E320 almost a month from Bob, the owner of Auto Direct Cars. I called the dealership and inquired about a Mercedes E320 that he had advertised on the internet. When I got there the next day, the car was sold a few hours before I got there. I was heart broken. It was a really nice car with low mileage. He invited me to look around at his remaining inventory and see if there was anything else that I maybe interested in. I informed him that I was interested in one of the Mercedes C320 that he had in his inventory and he invited me to take it on a test drive. The auto was extremely clean and had very low mileage on it. I agreed to purchase it and agreed to return the next day to pick it up. When I returned the next day with a friend, we both decided that the C Class was a little to small for me. So I informed Bob that I was going on vacation the next day and would talk to him when I returned. When I returned to the dealership about four days after I got back, Bob was happy to see me and asked if I saw another can that peaked my interest. I informed him that I was interested in the 2001 Mercedes S430, Silver with grey interior. He asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive and the rest is history. I really liked the car, It was very clean, and well maintained with only 80,000 miles on it. I sat down to do the paperwork, which took about 20 minutes to complete, and agreed to return the next day with everything required to complete the deal. Which I did! I drove away the next day a happy man! More

Impressive customer service. I have to say this customer service was quite shocking. I came from out of state, almost 2 hour to check out one of there vehicles. After looking over the car from the online post, I found out I was dealing with the owner not just a salesman. We discussed the financials, got approved. and was able to take the car home that same night. They made buying an easy and straight-forward process. He even kept in contact after the sale to make a few more adjustments in regards to services. Just got my plates in the mail, and had to say I was impressed. More

Auto Direct Cars was the very first dealership that we stopped by when we started browsing a vehicle. From the first moment we walked into the office, they all welcomed us like a friend, at the same time they were very professional. They just gave us the keys of the vehicles that we wanted to test drive and let us test drive bunch of vehicles by ourselves. There was not a bit of pressure and persistence on anything, also all the vehicles we test drove were as clean as they can possibly be. I ended up purchasing an 06 Mercedes ML350, me and my parents are highly satisfied with the customer service skills and profession these people have. Great Experience We found Auto Direct Cars,on the internet just as I was about to stop looking for another car for my wife. I sent a request about a car in their inven We found Auto Direct Cars,on the internet just as I was about to stop looking for another car for my wife. I sent a request about a car in their inventory late on Wednesday evening, not expecting a reply for a few days. On Thursday morning I had a reply from Bob to contact him via telephone,this was early in the morning. I called left a message, again not expecting to hear from anyone for a few days. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Bob letting me know the car I saw in his inventory was still available and the hours of Auto Direct cars would be available to show us the car. We arrived at the dealership around 3:30, met Bob,he told us the car was being cleaned up a little and it would be out in a few minutes. When it came out the lot employee gave us the keys and said Bob would be with us in a few minutes. Just to make a long story shot ,we were home around 7:30 and my wife was driving her dream car thanks to Auto Direct Cars More
