We discussed the financials, got approved. and was able to take the car home that same night. They made buying an easy and straight-forward process. Auto Direct Cars was the very first dealership that we stopped by when we started browsing a vehicle. From the first moment we walked into the office, they all welcomed us like a friend, at the same time they were very professional. They just gave us the keys of the vehicles that we wanted to test drive and let us test drive bunch of vehicles by ourselves. There was not a bit of pressure and persistence on anything, also all the vehicles we test drove were as clean as they can possibly be. I ended up purchasing an 06 Mercedes ML350, me and my parents are highly satisfied with the customer service skills and profession these people have. Honda Pilot I came to this dealership looking at a car I found online. I was not harassed at all but was free to browse with no pressure. Great Experience We found Auto Direct Cars,on the internet just as I was about to stop looking for another car for my wife. I sent a request about a car in their inven We found Auto Direct Cars,on the internet just as I was about to stop looking for another car for my wife. I sent a request about a car in their inventory late on Wednesday evening, not expecting a reply for a few days. On Thursday morning I had a reply from Bob to contact him via telephone,this was early in the morning. I called left a message, again not expecting to hear from anyone for a few days. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Bob letting me know the car I saw in his inventory was still available and the hours of Auto Direct cars would be available to show us the car. We arrived at the dealership around 3:30, met Bob,he told us the car was being cleaned up a little and it would be out in a few minutes. When it came out the lot employee gave us the keys and said Bob would be with us in a few minutes. Just to make a long story shot ,we were home around 7:30 and my wife was driving her dream car thanks to Auto Direct Cars More

Excellent Customer Service My daughter and I traveled from Bensalem PA to Delran NJ for a few reasons. The first is the website. It is very user friendly with many pictures and details on the options on the cars that helped us find several cars we were interested in. The second reason was that I had been there before and , although I didn't buy a car at the time, I found the atmosphere to be very friendly and left knowing that I would be be again in the future. The third reason is the quality of the cars on the lot. They were all clean and ran great. Once we got to the dealership I was even more surprised at how open and honest Chad was about the car we were focused on. He showed us the car fax without hesitation and provided more information about the car than any dealership I had ever been to. There were no secrets. The only reason I didn't give them a five on price is probably more on me than on them. I had higher expectations on my trade in than I should have (don't we all) but in the end Chad was fair and did the best he could. Once we decided to buy the car, Doug made the paperwork as easy as any paperwork I had ever done before and we were out of state and financed the car. The only delay was being on hold for twenty minutes with my car insurance company. I would definitely go to auto direct cars again. More
