Bob even stayed a bit late for me to rush over and look at the one I wanted. Both Bob and Chad were amazing, understanding the situation and giving me the needed time to get the insurance check and the Credit Union finances together. At no time did they pressure me, call me asking for updates. They helped me and my daughters immensely by holding the Mercedes E320 until I cold finalize the deal. I love the fact that there is no pressure and no feeling of swimming in a shark tank. I also love that when we had a question about the battery in the car we were about to purchase that they were ready to replace it with no hassle...in fact they explained that it was just the right thing to do.
