Great First Car Experience Today I went to search the lot for a first car for myself with my family. I was welcomed by multiple employees who all told me to take my time and if I need anything let them know. After some time browsing the lot I was asked if I wanted to take a closer look at any of the cars. The employees were very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable of their inventory. They made my family feel at home throughout the visit. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in before leaving with the car. Their family worked hard to have my family and I walk out of there happy, and we did. I definitely recommend this dealership. Overall, their excellent customer service made this a great experience. Before purchase I noticed some minor repairs needed to be fixed. Mr Bob said he would take care of that. I had to get the repairs before my cars tag expired so I can get my state tags. Been a very long ride but Mr Bob took care of me now I can get my tags and everything. Thanks Mr Bob appreciate it More

Fair Experience at the Dealer itself, very poor time after. I recently bought a used 97 Accord with ~144k miles on it here; The folks here were very helpful in finding a car that fit into my budget, but the car I recently bought a used 97 Accord with ~144k miles on it here; The folks here were very helpful in finding a car that fit into my budget, but the car itself had issues from the get go. Firstly, I had to immediately replace the ignition switch (which they graciously paid for half of) but a few weeks into driving the car, I find out that the water pump and timing belt need to be replaced, which is no small bill. This is not necessarily an issue with the dealer itself, but paying a large heap of cash and almost instantly worrying about it breaking at any moment has been a great stressor in the last month or so since my purchase. More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet Since the beginning of this purchase, about a month in the making to make sure the truck I bought was for me, Chad was always in contact when I had an Since the beginning of this purchase, about a month in the making to make sure the truck I bought was for me, Chad was always in contact when I had any question or concern. He did not jump at me like most car salesmen do, he was very relaxed and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. He even allowed me to test drive a vehicle after the lot had closed, and sacrificed leaving on time to make this purchasing experience worthwhile. I had test drove this truck on three separate occasions without letting them know I was coming, the truck never failed to impress. There were a couple small problems I noticed with the truck, which when I mentioned it, they were promptly fixed correctly with new parts. When I finally committed, Doug worked with the numbers to allow for my trade in and situation to work with what I was comfortable paying, and the banks they used for the loan surprised Doug and myself when a reputable large bank came through with a great deal. After shopping at many used and new car lots, large and small, AutoDirectCars made a great impression on me and made me a happy buyer and I will recommend them to others and keep them in mind for further purchases. On top of that, my old truck had my plow mount on the truck still, which was promised to be removed so that I can pick it up at a later date. A big help to me and a cherry on top! More

My new Honda CR-V! I've been researching cars for a month now, and I finally had my heart set on the Honda CR-V. After scouring the Internet for weeks comparing prices a I've been researching cars for a month now, and I finally had my heart set on the Honda CR-V. After scouring the Internet for weeks comparing prices and mileages etc, and reading reviews for all different dealerships, I found that this dealer had by far the best prices with the best selection. I would have came here even if the reviews were terrible! It's a very comforting and welcoming environment here and the guys are truly here to help you find what you're looking for. I'm driving out today in my new CR-V! More
