Bob even stayed a bit late for me to rush over and look at the one I wanted. Both Bob and Chad were amazing, understanding the situation and giving me the needed time to get the insurance check and the Credit Union finances together. At no time did they pressure me, call me asking for updates. They helped me and my daughters immensely by holding the Mercedes E320 until I cold finalize the deal. I also love that when we had a question about the battery in the car we were about to purchase that they were ready to replace it with no hassle...in fact they explained that it was just the right thing to do. After extensive online research, I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment. The car was immediately prepared on my arrival, and I was able to do a test drive with Doug. The car was in a good condition (no accident, regular maintenance records etc.), so I decided to purchase it. Since I was a bit afraid of taking it home by myself (about 10 miles away from the dealership, but it's been a long time since I used to drive), I asked Bob & Doug whether the car could be delivered home safely with help of any person at the dealership. Very thankfully, Gep & Michael helped me to bring the car to my place. Gep kindly explained additional details about how to use each part of the car, too. Overall, both the quality of cars they have & their attitude toward customers were touching. I highly recommend this dealership. More
