The guys at the dealership of Auto Direct Cars provided a pressure free environment. Chad; the owners son, handed me the keys to explore the vehicle I had really liked. He then checked up on me to see what I thought. I was kinda unsure of the purchase thinking I could possibly find something better elsewhere. After searching elsewhere I came back because there aren't many places that sell quality cars for a great price. Finally Chad introduced me to Doug who was very helpful with finding me the best finance for my car. Everything worked out smoothly and the owner Bob congratulated me personally for my purchase, but also offered a free detailing and to fix anything that I would find wrong with the car. All I had to do was come back. I'm glad to have found them because they make you feel safe in the sense of driving out with a used car worth buying. I surely want to give a BIG thanks to Bob, Chad, and Doug because of them I was able to drive off with a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT and a BIG smile on my face. More

I purchased a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder and it was almost perfect. I said almost because their was a small piece of trim loose over wheel well. I pointed it out to Bob and he immediately took it to the on site body shop. They were busy and it might need a clip so they couldn't fix it right then. Bob again apologized and said bring it back whenever it was convenient for me and it would be fixed .For my trouble Bob is going to have the car detailed again. I brought a 2008 dodge avenger that visually was nice but within two weeks of purchase the check engine light comes on. I got it diagnosed hoping it would be a simple fix and it turned out to be an air intake manifold and air intake gasket problem (700 dollars). I couldn’t even get the car inspected with the issue because the stickers were also out dated. To add insult to injury, they sold me a warranty that didn’t cover any of the work. It’s impossible for me to believe they didn’t fully know about this issue before selling me the vehicle. Furthermore, the brakes are also pretty much done and is gone be an additional charge before getting it inspected. I brought the car on 5-9 and on 6-4 I’m almost 1,000 dollars into repairs. BUYERS BEWARE More
