A Sacrifice Yields a Blessing A few years ago I sacrificed my car so that my son could commute to college and to work. During that time, my husband and I was sharing one car. It worked out well..........giving us some togetherness time in the morning and running our errands together on the weekends. But it was time for me to get my own wheels again. While out driving around to auto dealerships, we decided to stop at AutoDirect. I've always wanted a convertible and I saw aChrysler Sebring convertible on the AutoDirect dealership lot. I couldn't believe how new the convertible looked. Nice. Clean. Sharp. While looking at the car, a very nice gentleman came out - Fred, was his name. Fred was so helpful and kind and professional. My husband and I told him that we were very interested in the car and Fred took good care of us. But then, we suffered a personal lost in our family and had to put the car on hold. Fred knew how much the car meant to me. He spoke to Bob, the owner, and was able to hold the car for us. Not everyone would do that. Bob, Chad, Fred - you guys rock! You really blessed me and my family at a time when we were visited with personal tragedy. It was pretty difficult time but the care and concern you have shown - you made us feel like family. You understood what were going through and was gentlemen from beginning to end. Even when we had a few mechanical concerns with the car, the service was excellent; the customer service - outstanding. Unexpected Car Purchase I was in an accident which totaled my car and found myself in the market for a replacement car. I visited AutoDirect and found an amazing selection of cars at great prices. I went in looking for some specific Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up leaving with fully loaded Hyundai Veracruz for a really great price. Chad helped me out with the selection and was great, no-nonsense, just straight forward approach to answering all my questions. Doug helped me out with the financing and went the extra mile to get me the best deal out there. Bob the owner was tremendous, sat down and spoke to me about the warranty offers that were available and made sure I left the dealership with some protection for my new investment. He even discovered that the brakes, rotors and battery were all in need of replacement and had them all replaced for me at no charge. The car was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up and I am really happy with my purchase. You won't be disappointed in any way when dealing with the team at AutoDirect.
